Terrible company

Terrible company. I was with stitch fix and they were great. I keep getting boxes and getting charged for things I have returned. Finally managed to stop the boxes but there’s no return label in the box and I’ve sent 5 messages to this effect with no reply except ‘please return the box’ I cannot afford for them to take any money out again! They tried to take £615 out last time and I had already returned everything!!! Avoid at all costs. I’m moving house soon and scared they will keep sending boxes and charging me!

It seems to be that I’m not the only one to experience an issue with them taking money for a box I returned. I only kept 2 items but charged for the entire box.I’ve had many issues with getting replies with auto responses as well.I’ve been issued a credit note in writing but it’s not showing up on the account.I don’t want credit I want my money back.I’ve been currently told it’s pending but with not real timeline of how long this will take. Until I get my actual money back I will be leaving bad reviews every day on here and publicly branding them as useless in social media platforms.Don’t see why I have to pay for their mistakes. I’m seeking legal advice and hoping to gain compensation on top.There’s no effort to keep customers!

Lost delivery

I was due a delivery from outfittery, they left it at the front door around 11am. I got home around 6.30pm and it was not there. I asked neighbours but nothing. I reported this to Evri who were the transport company and to outfittery though the customer form, this i have done around 6 times but nothing. They have tried to take the money from my account several times, but it has not left yet. I use this company around 4 times a year and now I need to speak to someone they are un-contactable. It use to be different when you could ring the stylist.

I have used Outfittery many times over…

I have used Outfittery many times over the past years. But now they are not worth it. They shipped me an order in November. I did not manage to collect it at the pick up point, so it was shipped back unopened early december. Now they have invoiced me 7608 ddk at my bank account. And all mails I have sent, just reply with "mail not monitered". I have written them on Facebook as well. No response. Cant open my account at their homepage anymore. For me this is a scam. They owe me my money back. But impossible to reach out to them. I have lost all trust in them.

Don't deserve 1 star

I honestly wouldn't even give Outfittery one star! Horrendous customer service. Lack of consistency across website and emails.Received a box early December 2025, decided to keep 2 items (£78) and returned the rest (£299) using label and instructions provided. Online return function wasn't available. Late December 2025 received an email from Outfittery that as I was keeping all items, I had been charged the full amount for the box (£377). Immediately messaged providing evidence of return. Received no response. Contacted customer service via website - no response. Early January 2026 received email that returns received and that I'll be chatged £78 for items kept. No way of removing my card details from account to prevent £78 being taken. Emailed again. Again, no response. Still waiting for a response and my money back.

received the order in good time and there was a nice choices of cothing. I decided to keep 3 items totalling £130 and returned the rest on 1sr January.. I have just received a charge on my card for the total amount of £522.27which is for all 10 items!! I am now very worried as I do not have the funds to pay for that! I guess that they have yet to receive any of my returns, as that's the only reason I can see for them charging me the full amount so I have been in contact with my bank to sort this out , single parent with 3 kids and £522 isn’t just a little bit of money its a lot.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Please improve returns mechanics and customer service

The quality of the clothing is fine, and the choice made was also to my style. The problem came with returning unwanted items. I'm mobility-impaired with MS and the box is huge and cumbersome. I cannot physically get it to my car and the Evri drop-off point as a result. The previous company Stitchfix collected from my home, which is why I assumed the same option would apply here as Outfittery bought Stitchfix. It seems this is not the case. I'm not asking for any special treatment, but home collection suited me perfectly, and I suspect it would many others.As a result, I won't be recommending or continuing and I still have to figure out how to get the box back to them without them charging me for items I am returning. Unless I hear from the customer service in the next 24 hours, I will pay to have a privately returned. Despite having made my purchases for this month, and the money being taken, the customer service is pretty dire. I have been trying to explain this situation for over a week now and have sent four separate messages to their contact number with no response. I also requested an extension whilstI figure out what to do to get the box back and again no response. Very impersonal and certainly not customer-focused.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely poor customer service, no reply to my query about where my box is. Still waiting for my box that should have been here on Monday, 5th January. Keep getting emails saying I only have a couple of days to submit my checkout, otherwise I will be charged for the whole box. This is a disgrace, as I have not received the box, as noted by Evri that they are still awaiting the parcel from the company, even though it says delivered on the Outfittery website. I've tried contacting the company a few times, but to no avail. I would not recommend using them. Avoid the disappointment and potential charges to your card for items that you don't receive.
