I wish that I could give this place 0 stars .. if it was possible. It seems like every customer service representative is rude as hell . I could hear one ladies kid in the background screaming . Very unprofessional people do not do business with them for your own food.
Terrible terrible terrible.I will never live in a place that has this trash service in place. They hold your packages hostage. Faulty systems that go “offline” and you aren’t able to access your packages.We are in a pandemic for Gods sake. The most important thing right now is our mail and that is disturbing my ability to get my medication.I will literally sue you money hungry gremlins.
Package Concierge took my package WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and is holding it hostage. They have stolen my personal property - items I paid Amazon for - and will not release my package unless I register with them and pay them a fee. I instructed Amazon to deliver my packages to my front door, but Package Concierge somehow intercepted my package and now it is trapped in their locker. How are they allowed to steal personal property and try to extort fees from the rightful owner?
Never did I think I’d make any form of housing decision based upon the package system, but if any place I tour in the future uses Package concierge, I am running far away. While they have understanding customer service, it doesn’t help the fact that their technology is buggy and has made the simple process of getting a package take over an hour. If you’re an apartment complex, please do not use them. Your residents will thank you.
