I only gave one star because there was no option to give zero stars. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever experienced in my life. Customer service is despicable. They listen to your problem, take down your information, say someone will contact you and NEVER do. I have had a package stuck in the locker for a week now and no one is able to help me. They aren’t even pleasant when you call. I honestly will never live in a building again that has a package concierge.
The worst company EVER!!!! I had moved apartments within the same building and they kept sending us emails about changing our username and paying the registration fee, although we had already paid for it! All they needed to do was transfer the username over to the new apartment [I had experienced this situation before and it was a simple task[. However, on this occasion I had contacted the company FOUR times with the customer service reps telling me that they would get someone from the expertise team to contact me within 24 hours! HOWEVER, no-one has EVER followed up or contacted me! As a result of this, I am not able to access any of my packages [which I have FULL rights to] and has ultimately turned up to a birthday party empty handed AND have not been able to do my laundry as my detergent tablets are currently in that damn locker! I advise you NOT to use this service!!!
It is not the worst but it does need improvements. Pro: packages get delivered here and I get notifications and reminders that I have a package via email and phone. Cons: after 4 days you begin to get charged for storage fees. It doesn’t exclude weekends or holidays. So when I go out of town for a weekend or holiday I have to make sure a package aren’t delivered on a Friday or I will get charged $3 per day. I have received ghost packages. I’ll receive notifications that I have a package when I actually don’t and then I am charged after 4 days despite not having a package. Overall I don’t like this service. An expensive thing to have with many improvements needed.
Had a package delivered on May 21st that was perishable food packed in dry ice. Package concierge NEVER notified me of the delivery and it sat in the lock box for 9 days before my roommate got a notification that there was a package. That's right - my roommate, not me, even though the package was clearly addressed to me and not to my roommate. Obviously, after nine days, the food product was completely spoiled and we're out the money because the product was delivered as far as the company and shipper were concerned.
Absolute garbage. First of all, I have lived in my community for 2 years and have never had a package stolen from my doorstep. I live on the 3rd floor of my building and working from home, my items are shipped directly to me so I can do my job. These boxes are HEAVY. Last month (4/2018) my community REQUIRED US to sign up for package conceirge. I was told that no heavy items will be kept there and they will be delivered to my door. Lies. I'm stuck with a service I do not want and I destroyed my back carrying these boxes up my stairs. The drivers need to do their jobs and deliver to our doors. This is not a convenience. Disgusted.
I signed up for Package Concierge for my community Sonterra in Austin, TX. It was supposed to be operational 24/7. It was not. The Leasing Office failed to open access to the service on-time repeatedly "during leasing office hours". Furthermore, if a package was too big no notification was given as to where the contents of the empty locker were. In frustration I opted out of the flawed system. The tipping point was when I opted out of the system my package was then returned to sender! I wasted time contacting the leasing office, the shipper and USPS. Finally after an investigation was done it was tracked as Return to Sender. I am so disgusted with this service. No one wants to take responsibility for the error and my auto part is now back across the country back in GA where it started 2 weeks ago. Rediculous. Don't waste your time opting in for a flawed system.
