This thing is terrible. On multiple occasions, my roommates medication has been sent to my locker that she can’t access. My friend in the same complex purposely didn’t sign up for package concierge because of the bad reviews and has had her insulin locked in a random locker anyway that she doesn’t have access to. When she’s tried to contact customer support about it, they’ve been very rude. And sometimes I’ll get a text saying I have a package when I don’t, or I won’t get a text about a package I actually have. This thing is glitchy and very unreliable and I wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing staff!!! Great amenity to add to any property!

Having Package Concierge at my property is one of the best business decisions I've ever made! Not only is it a seamless service that is user friendly, but it is convenient to ensure all packages are secured. I can delay a package if I am not in town, and the system takes pictures of who picked up the package. It is date, and time stamped as well. Great system, and amazing staff that is willing to assist whenever needed.

Giving them a one is being kind

Giving them a one is being kind. This system is horrible. They continues to charge me $3 a day for a package that has been picked up. This is not the first time. In their responses to all these complaints they ask that you ‘kindly contact their support email’. They go on to say they want to work with you to resolve the situation. Don’t Waste your time. You will get an email back saying that I have to work it out with the property manager. It’s their mistake. My charges are going directly to them yet I have to be the one to handle over billing. Furthermore, the system fails quite a bit, forcing the delivery person to leave packages on the floor of the mailroom yet I am still billed for their service. Absolutely terrible in every way.

Scam

This company has stolen my items and is holding them for ransom. The address for the delivery is my apartment, not package concierge. Steer clear at all costs.

Boxes piling up everywhere

Package service has been out of order and boxes are piling up in public spaces throughout the building due to the horrible repair and response time. Packages are getting lost and stolen, literally the only thing we are forced to pay to prevent. Incapable of providing the only service they supposedly provide.

Simply put, Package Concierge is not accessible to users with disabilities. I have contacted the company several times in the short three months I have lived here, only to be met with silence or "get someone to help you". The latter is never an acceptable response to a person with a disability; why would you assume that someone with a disability is incapable?Additionally, the barcode reader hasn't worked for me the entire time I've lived here and the on-screen keyboard required several attempts to enter information.Their app is severely lacking, and is similarly inaccessible.

I wish I could give this service a 0! We just had this put in at our apartment complex and I had a problem with my very first delivery! I never received an email with a barcode to open my locker. When I called customer service for help I was told it was a computer problem and there was nothing they could do!

Package Concierge keeps my packages safe.

Really like my Package Concierge at my apartment complex. I can have packages securely delivered to this locker system instead of my front door. Very easy to use. Great notification system, and I don't have to wait at home for my deliveries.
