If you are considering getting Package Concierge rethink it. I live in a 230 unit apartment building, the service works 85% of the time. I have had many packages stuck for months BUT the latest is flowers there delivered . 7/25/19 Notices/no package8/3/19 at 2:02. The locker opened empty8/6/19 opened a box that was stuck, office found flowers stinky dead flowers from July 25th, 2019A gift from an organization for a Stage 4 Metastic Breast Cancer patient to cheer her up from her daily strugglesNobody wants to replace the flowers, shame on them.The system doesn’t work, that is why I take photos. I am happy to share them, I document all the false opening and no packages because I have had so many.
I do not trust. I was not using and suddenly getting notifications to follow link and register to get my package. Called their number 3x, once waiting 20 minutes while doing other things-no answer. BTW I live in a home and have had no package issues ... don’t need package “not like a real” concierge.
After having my package stolen so many times, I thought that I would never feel safe and happy with ordering something to my home again. Luckily, I found Package Concierge, where I discovered that my package could be delivered safely. There was nothing more wholesome and better than finding out I could simply go after work and on the weekend to pick up my package at a safe locker. They gave me all the information and were extremely accessible and affordable. Customer service was great and I got in contact with them immediately. I never had a problem, but once I had a question because I didn’t understand how the system worked. When I called and spoke with someone, they were very friendly and promptly answered all my questions will ask if I had any other needs. Every experience I’ve had with them is amazing, and I’m never going back to having packages stolen from my home again. I will look for Package Concierge at my next apartment (or I may not move there otherwise).
I love this system! I work until after office hours, so I would have to pick up my packages on the weekends. With package concierge I can now grab my packages from the system after work. It’s been such a convenience for me. Also feels very futuristic!
PC never sends us emails when our packages are ready with the code, meaning we can’t ever open our lockers and retrieve our packages when we know it has been delivered. It is one of the most frustrating things about our apartment complex.
Personally I haven't had an issue with PC, but when my girlfriend moved in with me, she paid the $35 registration fee, only for them to say she wasn't eligible for her own account, and was a "dependent" on mine. However, by the time we got this sorted out, they claimed they couldn't refund the $35 because we had entered a new fiscal quarter. Anyone want to tell me how this doesn't constitute theft?
I am strongly disappointed with Package Concierge service. I paid 10$ and I didn't even need it, and I paid only because appt complex told me to do something and they didn't notify me that if I do not sign up packages will be anyway delivered to my door. So with first 6 packages this happened, they were delivered to my door anyway...so I don't understand why did I pay this service. Also 7th package was delivered in package concierge lockbox but I never got an email or sms about it. I just found it. So I do not recommend this service to anyone. Waste of money.
