The refund experience with many companies has proved to be tedious and painstaking. But not this time. It was simple smooth transparent and quickly resolved, valuing each others time. Additionally, she/they went a step ahead to recommend the vacation feature for the app which was great step. Super smooth and productive. Thank you!
I had to suddenly fly cross country because my dad was in the ER. I started receiving notifications about an unexpected package. My card starts getting charged. Of course, now that I'm back I can't retrieve whatever the package is I've been charged for. I get people not picking up packages is a problem but charging for it is NOT the way. It's gross. Beyond that their website feels it's from the 90's, which does not inspire confidence in data security.
I called Package Concierge to help me access my package. I had tried and failed the previous evening.Brenda Watson, the Customer Service Representative with whom I spoke, listened carefully to my request & the problems I had from the previous evening. She then proceeded to help me. There was a very complex series of problems that had to be dealt with. She was very patient with me as I followed her instructions through multiple steps required to solve each problem. Not only did she help me obtain my package - she also resolved problems with both my username and pin# so I wouldn't have any trouble in the future. She did a great job - above & beyond the call of duty. She deserves to be commended by being given a raise or a promotion or both. Package Concierge is very lucky to have Brenda as an employee and should reward her for her efforts.
Ms Brenda is such a pleasant person!!I was devastated when I did not get my package and she guided me as to how I may be able to access my locker to check. She was so polite, personable, professional and respectful. So refreshing to have had such an amazing customer service experience.
I have placed an order online and the delivery company OnTrac was very unhelpful in assisting me and locating my package as they had marked it as delivered I reached out to package concierge and they went above and beyond to research investigate and help me locate my package this type of customer service is almost unheard of nowadays and if it wasn't for them I would not have found my package I want to specifically thank Brenda Watson for her unbelievable customer service.
Brenda was able to help me and walked through where to find the list of issues. She was incredibly nice and patient. She said she may not be able to help, let me know my other resources (my service rep Tabitha) and did everything she could to help. She ended up being exactly what I needed to resolve the problem!
Brenda Watson was extremely helpful! She located our delivery AND an old delivery that has been sitting in the locker for 4 months…that we thought we lost. Before her assistance we exhausted 3 different searches with no success. THANK YOU THANK YOU! I have my Keurig! Phenomenal job Brenda.
