3k down the drain, scammers

After 2 years of having contact, sending documents to eachother, changing agents for 3 times.....I ask for an update after hearing nothing from them.They e-mailed me that they decided to stop the investigation on my case, this knowing that i had already paid for their service.They are just the same scam as all the other sites, just verry patient.

I paid this company $6000 three years…

I paid this company $6000 three years ago. At first they promised me that I would get back 100% of my lost money. They also kept promising me that it would take several months. Now three and a half years have passed, but I still haven't gotten back my lost money. All that's happening is promises and writing letters.

I was skeptical at first since neither…

I was skeptical at first since neither local law enforcement nor the FBI would assist us in our effort to recover our lost assets. I was amazed at the rapid response of the Payback team in analyzing our problem and making a plan of action to help us. Their customer service is top level and they have given us hope to be patient and work the process of recovery. Specifically Maya D. has been most helpful in building a foundation of trust and encouragement in this process.

Great job !!

Well first, I speak french and to help me understand everything, they assign me with Emmanuel who speak french so that was really helpful and Emmanuel was great, he took time to make sure I understand the whole process, really patient and kind. Unfortunatly, he had health issues and had to take time away but I was not let down. The team assign me Ziva to be his replacement on my case and so far she is doing a great job. I receive my case report and ADR letters in no time, as soon as I have a question or concern, I send her an email and i get a response within minutes. Ziva is really kind, respectful and fast hard working person, the only issue is that she doesn't speak french but hey, perfection does not exist lol. So far everybody that I've been in contact with in the process are great and i know that I'm in good hand to get my case sort out. Thanks to all Payback employes who work hard to get thing right, no matter the outcome I know that you guys did everything in your power to get it done.Thanks again !!
