Contacted about recovered funds and received a phone call on Monday to go through the process. I had received the documents about refund process and no fees will be incurred until money is transferred into account. During the process the funds are frozen and then I'm asked to pay 10% of my refund money to release the funds! I was so angry and what made me even more ropable was the agent said can I borrow the funds from someone to cover the cost. Nothing in the refund policy discusses a fee to release frozen funds. This gives a false sense of security and is misleading and misguiding to the consumer. Do not do business with this company ! KG
At first it looks like they working hard to get your money back and after they stop contacting me now I can't get a hold of them they block email or something emails don't go through anymore and they don't answer phone or call back when leaving a message im thinking this is also a scam I paid them about $1500 and I also got scammed about $15000.00 its been over 2 years I never got my money back from paybackllc. Paybackllc must be a scam too its been months sense I talk to them
If you are looking for a company to help you recover funds that were stolen from you. Please don’t use this company. I have had a case with payback for almost 3 years now. They have showed a lack of communication, a lack of care for my account and over the last 3 years out of the ten grand that was stolen I had to send the crypto companies emails myself and I recovered 600 dollars out of 10 grand. You know how much payback has recovered for me in the 3 years..zero dollars. Their customer reps don’t communicate well at all. Payback has not responded to emails directly or when I call their office the person who answers the phone who is a secretary will always say that my rep is not available. I leave the rep a message and don’t receive a call back. I have not spoken to my rep in almost 6 months. In the 3 years I have worked with Payback I have had 5 account reps. Dont use payback if you ever have funds stolen. They won’t help
I was the victim of a bank scam and defrauded out of a significant amount of money. After thoroughly vetting Payback LTD, I retained them to assist me in the pursuit of my funds. Within 90 days they recovered a large percentage of my funds. They road mapped a plan and strategy to assist in the recovery of the balance. They continue to advise and respond to any and all of my questions, inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.I would whole heartedly recommend them if you were the victim of this type of crime.
I signed up with them in 2021 ask they did was sent three letters in the beginning and now they keep saying it is hard to trace QR codes. If they had traced it in the beginning they would have recovered . They are not qualified and don’t know what to do in my experience. After all these years I don’t have faith in them and I have asked them to refund my signed up money but no respond
Your 'company' sucks.What goes around will come around. Asking me to put my old review down, and gaslighting me were a double or if not triple stab in the back. Constant false reassurance crosses a line.I am still waiting for a proper solution after months, let alone years of patience and fruitless actions taken by you guys.
I got scammed and talked with them. They ask €1200 upfront and 10% at the last. I searched and found out this company has not more permission to work by FBI. They are under cover Scammer. CNC in USA warned me too about this company. They work for big money and there is no guarantee to pay back.But please notice, if you have lost money through Crypto, it means that Scammer as like as you got confirmation to have an Wallet then Crypto company is responsible which allow an Scammer stealing people money.
