Repayment Plan Assistance

I called in to get instructions on how to process a repayment for an employee I had accidentally overpaid and the representative was extremely helpful and even set the repayment plan up for me in Paycor and gave instructions on what to do once all payments have been received.

It is a learning process!

There are some struggles sometimes. A lot of areas to fix one thing and remember to change everywhere, BUT their agents are patient and help work through everything. I have chatted online as well as by phone.

Hire more trained customer service individuals and US developers

Employees are happy with the system, but the system needs work for administrators. PAYCOR should hire more employees for service and developers versus sales. Happy customers will result in more sales. Customer service response is slow and typically results in sending to a developer to fix. Knowledge articles aren't always easy to search to find answers. Report Builder - needs work, and Custom Reporting is going away. Tax returns don't appear to have been filed timely. Paycor has added some additional payroll and time reports which has helped reduce payroll review time.

Disappointing

I am a company admin for our company as I have been for the last 4 years. Since being purchased by PayChex, the support I have received has been subpar. Including being cut off during a chat conversation, no attempts to reach out when the phone conversation cut off (we were on hold), no follow ups on issues that impact employee pay after multiple days of attempting to get answers. At this point I am very frustrated with the Customer Support being given.

Customer service is poor overall. it operates like a general call center - while you may occasionally reach someone helpful, most inquiries require escalation, with little to no follow-up provided

Paycor was great before Paychex bought them

Was very happy with Paycor until the last 6 months. Support is NOT helpful or knowledgeable anymore. The chat bot is a horrible change. Everything keeps breaking or no longer working and support blames us when we haven't changed anything. You can't just take down reporting/analytics for a week - I have a board of directors to provide information to. I have lost confidence in Paycor's ability to service us. I assume it is due to the Paychex acquisition based on timing, but I don't know. Nick our customer rep is great, not his fault, he tries!! We have decided to demo other vendors.

Customer Service has been awful

Customer Service has been awful. We submitted a ticket on 3/18 and it has still not be resolved. You can never just talk to one person. It has me re-thinking Paycor all together.

Customer service is useless

Customer service is practically useless. They don't seem to even care what the problem is, they just reply with platitudes and meaningless statements that ourt business is important to them, but they have done absolutely NOTHING to address our problem.
