Login issues. I have to reset my credentials constantly because this app doesn’t recognize my login information ever. What a pain - the codes -emails verification when I enter correctly. You would think a company like this could fix their bugs. Worst app ever
As a Payroll manager who has been working with Paycor since July 2023, it is THE WORST payroll system out there. Their reporting data is constantly wrong and they have done little to help. Their fees are outrageous and constantly increase. They get you in by making you think you will pay less than other companies but that all changes when you are stuck with them and they know it will be difficult to change to another provider. There is so much more but I know adding too much detail will have people overlook this. I will tell everyone out there not to go with them.
I attempted to terminate my payroll service in November 2025. I followed all the prescribed steps. They then billed me again in December. I wrote a letter terminating my payroll service. They then billed me in January 2026. I was finally forced to go into my bank and close the account. That was the only way to stop the incorrect billing.
