I feel robbed. I ordered this cooling bed based on the company’s claims that the product was “bite resistant,” “durable,” and “made to last with strong…and durable materials.” Those claims are false. My doggie, whose beds are completely unscathed, tore a hole in this bed almost immediately. We were extremely concerned about her choking or getting the material caught in her intestines. I had to reach out to the customer service team not once, not twice, but three times to try to get a response. When I finally did hear back from Pelsbarn, they blithely announced that their products aren’t guaranteed, they don’t offer refunds, and they offered….wait for it….a 10% discount on a future product! When I protested the ridiculousness of this pitiful response, they responded with an offer of 20% on a future purchase and hoped my dog was ok. This is a spectacular way to ensure that a customer never, ever shops with them again. Inferior product, deceitful company practices.
Everything we've ever ordered has been loved and used daily by us and our 2 hound mixed pups! I recommend this company to all of my dog friends and just gifted a set of pads as a thank you! ☺️ Can't wait to receive their new harnesses and leashes; Our current ones are really hard to clean and don't fit well. That they give back to shelter dogs is very special & important to us; Both of our dogs are rescues! Mahalo nui loa/thank you very much 🌺
I have purchased several items and I am totally happy with all of them. My dog that sits in the back seat of my truck, lays down when I drive. So I switched the car seat so it sits side ways. She loves it. The blanket I purchased for my couch, the 2 dogs race to see who can get on it first. Then they stretch out so the other one can’t get on it.
I received the cooling mats and my furbabies love them.I purchased 1 and received 1 for free.I also called customer service to let them know and customer service was friendly I also gave them a idea for supporting a project for animals of serviceThey were very receptive I love the fact that part of the purchase goes to shelters to help animals. I highly recommend Pelsbarn and look forward to more purchases.
I have now ordered everything they have available on the website. I do have the cooling sofa bed (which my cat loves) I ordered the XS/S in beige (it could fit 3-4 cats) I have the cooling mats in beige, the original calming bed XXS in poseidon/dark gray (could fit 3-4 cats) and 2 calming blankets in poseidon/dark gray. The blankets are a decent size and so incredibly soft~ I took 1 from my girls and when I get the rest of my orders they will have get a blanket back. I had questions regarding my orders I placed, etc and dealt with Lerry each time and it was a pleasure. Pelsbarn has excellent customer service and quality product. I definitely would recommend and will continue ordering from them as well.
The cooling blankets from Pelsbarn are genius! I purchased two of them for our two German Shepherd dogs and our girls can’t get enough of them. Anytime they’re up on the sofa they’re laying on these cooling mats. They’re adorable and they help protect the sofa to Boot.
Living in Florida means long, hot summers, and the cooling bed I bought from Pelsbarn has been a lifesaver for my pets. My Labrador instantly took to it, and I love that it’s easy to toss in the washing machine. Great quality and worth every penny.
