My brother gave me a medium size pad for my dog, anAussie. We live in CA and it has been very hot this summer. When I put it down on the floor for my dog,he loves it! Goes and sleeps on it to stay cool. Nopanting, just relaxed breathing and enjoying the coolness of the pad. Purchased two more for friends that watched my animals as thank you gifts.
When I first got my backseat carriage for my puppy, we absolutely fell in love for his safety and keeping our car clean .Unfortunately, it broke at the seam. Luckily, I contacted the company, they asked me a few questions and sent me a replacement. I just bought their cooling beds too because of their customer service. I highly recommend.
I had an issue with my cooling mats getting snagged easily within the first two weeks. Team member Kharvin was extremely helpful and had new replacement mats sent to me. It’s amazing when a company really makes their customer satisfaction a priority.
I had such an amazing experience with my first two orders from Pelsbarn. They have easy online ordering, great quality products at discounted prices, and one of the best customer service departments I’ve ever encountered. For example, I accidentally ordered one too many items and sent an email right away to ask if they could remove the item & refund my money before shipping it out. My great dane loves the cooling mat! We dont have AC in our house, the heat can be harsh. Pelsbarn saved the summer and fall days with this one! I already washed and air dried, still is great condition.I have to get a bed next!!The BOGO deal is amazing!! Thank you!
