The staff of Pelsbarn are all wonderful and caring people. Our 2 rescue dogs just love the car bed. And our cats love the cooling mats. The calming chews are just wonderful for our dogs especially when we have company. As well as storms . I can’t say enough about their wonderful products. It’s worth a try if you have not done so yet.
We have 5 dogs ,my son's dog has terminal bone cancer, 2 are livestock guardian dogs that live in the barn and then we have a puppy and a foster sheepdog that lives in the house. They all love your products . We have bought the cooking blankets, car beds, calming blankets and now I'm getting the ortho bed for my son's dog. As soon as a put these down they immediately lay on them, I love the bogo deals. They are so easy to wash. Highly recommend it!!!!
The Pelsbarn.co is very customer service oriented and I love the accessibility if there’s an issue with my order, they responded immediately. Their products are great my dog and the dogs that I dog sit for love the cooling beds and car seats and blankets!!
Save your money! The cooling mats are expensive and super thin. More like a sheet than a mat. Too light and nothing to hold in place. Tried them (2) on her beds, on the hardwood floor and finally on a thick mat. They crumpled up every time. Hard to know if they actually cool your dog when they don’t stay in place on any surface. The pelsbarn web site will not allow negative reviews. Seems like a big rip off. Don’t buy the cheaply made ‘mats’!
Well at first I was skeptical, till I got my delivery and I put the cooling blankets on the floor I bought her too it gets very hot here we've had some hundred over 100° days lately she immediately went and laid down on it I'm going well she likes it and then one day I walked on top of one barefooted and I'm going oh they do stay cool I was shocked so you're honesty and making a product that really does what you say it's going to do is important to me and my fur baby she loves her cooling blankets. Good job and my baby says good job to you too
I was very happy with the quick response I received trying to correct a mistake with my order. There was no issues and it was corrected and follow up was done in a very timely matter. I would have given a 5 but I had my email blown up with approximately 30 of the same emails that I found a bit annoying. I wish you the best in your mission.
