I bought several items over the past few months: the cooling pad and calming blanket for summer, and two car seats for autumn. My four-year-old terrier finds real comfort in them. She has anxiety and joint pain, but these seem to ease both. My younger pup enjoys the seat too, though she has a thing for chewing straps! All in all, I’m super happy with the quality and how much my dogs enjoy everything.
I haven't received the product...supposedly they tried to deliver twice to my company, which is always open. Then when I emailed where the bed was (no reply...lol), the company charged my credit card again an additional $37.50. Is this a scam? WTF? They have not replied to my emails, and now they charged me even more than what I was originally charged three weeks ago. I'm hoping they at least reply. The additional charge is almost comical. I have no idea what they are doing here, and I suspect neither do they. I forwarded to them a copy of the credit card charge they just added yesterday (without permission) on top of the original payment made 3 weeks ago, even though I still don't have what I purchased three weeks ago, nor has anyone told me why the product has not been delivered. The company seems to reply on TrustPilot but not to emails. Can anyone explain this company to me? Totally bizarre behavior. And I still don't have the bed I bought for a dog that arrives tomorrow, even though Pelsbarn certainly has my money. Just beyond weird customer service.
