Andrew Brodie in Motherwell was great, credit to your company. Didn’t unfortunately have a car for me at the moment but treated me and my family like royalty and assured us he will keep a lookout for us if a car comes in! Brian the mananger, and the two Michaels (both managers) were amazing too. Thank you!!
The following information relates to Peter Brady Motherwell. They changed the price of the car that I reserved, on the day that I was going to see it and potentially pay for it. Although it's legally acceptable, it seems quite unprofessional and unethical. On an earlier conversation that I had with them, I asked why they are selling it at this price and they said that they are trying to have competitive prices. Apparently, three days later the manager got greedy.
Had the pleasure of picking up a car from Motherwell yesterday and have no complains about the service received. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep than Kelly. She was extremely helpful and made everything as simple as could be. Legend!Special mention to the guy that made my mum a coffee btw. It must have been decent cause she's not stopped going on about it!It was a pleasure all! Merry Christmas!
