Our Evoke was due a service and we had to book it in 6 weeks in advance, we told them the reversing camera wasn't working repeatedly before it went it. The car was to be picked up and delivered back to the house. Not only did Peter Vardy fail to return the car, but when we went to collect it the reversing camera was STILL not working, £1200 later and the car is still faulty PLUS needs booked in again to repair an HV heater fault which they can't address for 2 months. Absolutely shocking customer service.
Harry C was amazing! He was very helpful and let us know all the information we needed.I was also very happy with Micheal P was very helpful too as he handed us to Harry C as he knew he would be able to help us better as we wanted an electric car.
