Review Time
The absolute worst airline in the world. We lost thousands of dollars (and so did our credit card company) just trying to rebook a flight. When their reps got caught up in their own lies they simply hang up the phone (which they are trained to do) forcing the customer to go through their aweful cycle all over again. This process can continue for days or weeks at a time.They will pray upon anyone, anywhere, any time.I truly hope they pay for the things they've done to people and the unmitigated shame they've brought to the Philippines; this county doesn't deserve to be dragged down by these crooks on the world stage.
Just used them to fly from LAX to Denpasar, Bali w/ a layover in Manila. First of all, our outgoing flight was over 2 hours late leaving because they were “cleaning the plane.” Consequently, our luggage was a day late getting to Bali and we had to go to a mall and buy all new clothes, underwear, etc until our luggage arrived over 24 hours later. WiFi, even the paid WiFi, did not work coming or going. Food is awful. Seriously I don’t think a dog would eat it. I’m not a vegetarian, but there are no vegetarian menu options at all. They are very stingy with their drinks and will give you one ice cube which melts immediately in 4oz of warm Coke. Their hub in Manila, the Ninoy Aquino Airport, is just awful. It is extremely dated, dirty and crowded. There are birds and bugs flying everywhere. In the airport, they are Draconian about wearing masks but don’t even provide hand soap or toilet paper in the bathrooms. You have to ask an attendant guarding the toilets to turn the water on to even flush. There is not even a board showing gates for the flights so they are constantly making loud annoying announcements every 2 minutes. PAL made us go through security again right before boarding and throw away our water. If you need to get up to use the restroom or get a drink, you have to go through the dinky little gate security every time. There will be one airline employee working and 9 standing there watching them. Will never ever use this airline again or go through Ninoy Aquino - the world’s worst airport.
Do you always treat your customer like what I have experienced. I have sent a numerous e-mails regarding my complaints and they are all been ignored. This has been going on for the last two years. I'm a pensioner, lost four members of my family during that time and I am actually desperates for the refund. If it is small amount I would just not bother.
