The whole Ponsford team were superb. Firstly with the expert advice and recommendations from Karl, and then the care and attention to detail from Graeme, Stuart and Will. They went above and beyond and even trimmed an adjacent stair carpet that they noticed wasn’t correct. Super tidy and polite. Couldn’t recommend them more. Well done.
Purchased a 3 piece suite from Ponsfordand took delivery today. I was notified of ETA and contacted regularly. Steve and Tom were very polite, friendly and respected my property and furniture throughout the delivery placing dust sheets where necessary on my carpet and over the suite as they carried it from the van to my home. My old suite was taken away and the new one positioned where I requested. Thank you to you both and to salesperson Caroline along with staff at Ponsford who I have spoken to on the telephone throughout the process, all very pleasant and helpful.
Another great job by Will, Stuart and Graham that’s bedrooms and living room done so far by these lads each room perfect still got hall and stairs to come Can’t go wrong when choosing Ponsfords. All the best to Graham for is upcoming retirement at Christmas
From Carl, in the Carpet Department, to Graeme and Stuart, who came to fit our bedroom carpet, the service we received from Ponsfords was excellent. Carl went out of his way to ensure our carpet was fitted around the timings for decorators, wardrobe fitting etc. He always had time to talk through carpet choice and how it should be fitted and has a great attention to detail. Graeme and Stuart courteously phoned ahead to check it was ok to fit the carpet, they worked very hard and diligently and kindly cleared up after themselves even vacuuming the carpet for us.Thank you Carl, Graeme and Stuart.
We’ve just had a new stair carpet fitted by Graeme, Will and Stuart from Ponsfords - they’ve done a BEAUTIFUL job - true craftsmanship. The carpet has transformed our staircase. Thank you so much! (I wanted to share a photo of this but that option is not available 😊)

Your company completed a carpet sale and laying yesterday 4th November.The service at your shop was friendly and helpful. The process of ordering, measurement and payment was clearly explained as was the timescale for the full process. I do not have the names of those involved at the shop.We were visited at home by Karl Lambert who measured for the carpet. He was polite, pleasant and informative and clearly ensured that our requirements were met.The carpet and other materials were fitted yesterday by Graeme, Will and Stuart. They arrived on time and quickly brought in the materials required. They started immediately and worked without a break until the job was finished.Graeme explained how the carpet pattern would match the layout of the room and they all worked well to ensure a professional job was completed to our complete satisfaction.We would like to express our complete satisfaction to all the staff concerned for the service we received.
