Card I received doesn't work anywhere. Customer service said there have been no declines on the card but that is because it doesn't work enough to be declined. Crappy service. Crappy interface. Might as well throw your money away

It works great for me. I used the card right away, i purchase something online and the card was accepted. I got my OTP in my email immediately. By the way, i'm from Greece

3-DSecure issue i guess

Username:JohnSmith745I always use my virtual visa card to buy from a website which uses 2Checkout but since Thursday i guess, every time after i enter my visa number and try to pay for my order it gave me the message: "Failed to authorize: Cardholder authentication has failed " and after i contacted 2Checkout they said something about 3-DSecure enrolling issue and a password not set by the bank.So i got in touch with prepaidigitalsolutions support but they weren't much of a help to be honest and just told me to try another merchant although i bought through 2Checkout dozens of times so i decided to write a review cause i saw they are replying to us here and trying to help

3ds verification DOES NOT WORK

3ds verification DOES NOT WORK, rendering the card completely unusable. I have tried to verify a purchase with this card several times at different vendors but it always fails because the OTP code never arrives.Update: issue got fixed

Useless service, avoid this company

My card doesn't work because the one-time password that PPD is meant to send does not come through. Customer service either ignore my emails, or send the same generic form response - and when I reply to that, they reply with the exact same email. Completely useless customer service, resulting in a completely useless product.Edit: this was finally resolved but I would still not recommend using this product.

This company deliberately makes it impossible to use the remainder of the funds left on a gift card. I have $50 left on a card given to me as a gift and unable to use it. I will be complaining to the FTC.After posting my initial review, I contacted the company and they helped me to resolve the issue of redeeming this. Thank you for the help.

Great Service

I had a mastercard issued last year as part of a purchase cash back (£70).It was only valid a year and due to covid i didn't use it until it was too late.I contacted customer services and have just received a replacement card valid for a further year free of charge.

I REALLY enjoyed this company at first . now I can't see anything on my money .I've been using this company for 8months along with Mistplay. I been waiting for 1 cards to arrive for 4 months.im just finished with these scams in the making.
