I have been using the platform for over two years and have had no problems. A few days ago, I redeemed a token and asked me for the KYC process, which I submitted a week ago now, and still no response. In addition, they blocked my account with cards with a balance. I am losing money unfairly and without any response. I wrote them by mail, I called them and nothing, they give me no solution.
I was trying to get a $10 amazon gift card, everytime i tried the payment failed. When i checked the transactions it would not show any of my attemps. I contacted support and every time they said its because im paying over $10. So i tried to buy a $1 amazon card and it still declined
I received a token and I managed to redeem my token but I have never been able to use the gift card. It’s never worked anytime I have tried to use the actual card at any of the stores. I think it has to be the exact amount or something but it always declines. I forgot about it because it frustrated me and I was going to try again today and now it’s expired and I can’t reach anyone because I get an error message. Should not be this hard to use.I have updated my review. The company contacted me and fixed the issue. Reissued my card. Thank you.
The level of responsiveness with this company is terribly unsatisfactory. I agree with the majority of reviews here. This company is acting like a scam and I really wonder why other companies trust their giftcard. It should be avoided at all cost. There are other giftcard providers which are super convenient and user-friendly than this crowd especially in Europe. Prepaid Digital Solutions make it very difficult for people to claim the giftcard. It feels like they do not value customers. It’s now about two weeks since I was issued a token and until now, I could not access it despite following their KYC process with ID check. Emails sent but they do not respond. You call them to no success. My gut feeling is that they want to keep the giftcards to themselves so it certainly a scam. They make it difficult so you will get tired of chasing them so they can keep the money to themselves when you let it go at the end.
Received many gift cards from friends through this site (More than 200€ !). Starting a few days ago, impossible to access my gift cards (15€ virtual) : they need to check my identity with my identity card.I provided it as it always worked fine for me before. But now, no answer from their support, cards are not accessible even once I have done what they wanted and waited a couple of days.I understand thoses new rules are important, but they will probably kill your business definitively. You should find a solution, quick.
Almost impossible to transfer to Paypal or any bank account. You cannot merge wallets so if you get a 5 dollar gift card, you can not add it to PayPal, and you can't do much with 5$, therefore meaning you cant ever spend it.The way they could fix the problem with PayPal is making there be a way to confirm transaction so that when PayPal gives me a 1.95$ charge to verify the card you cant confirm and verify.On phone formatting bad.
