This is the worst site I have ever experienced. Every time you reset your password, it does not allow you to login with the new password. I have tried getting access to my prepaid cards for weeks to no avail. This is a total scam and cannot be trusted.
Awful experience. Card issued by employer as a gift, used the card with Amazon once, tried to use the exact same card details again with Amazon and various other vendors... doesn't work. Been told by their customer service department the only thing they can suggest is checking my expiry date. Can 100% guarantee I can enter details correctly. Confirmed they are unregluated and not an actual financial body so no way to get support or escalate my complaint any further. Avoid at all costs.
Its not scam some people who are saying scam is wrong your card is not working because it a usa prepaid or gift card you have to a usa billing address for payment change your billing address and use a usa vpn thats works i also face same problem from many days but then i change my billing addreess and and use a usa vpn and card actually works because the card is issued by usa bank thats happen and some indian payment gateaway like razorpay declined your card because they accept only indian card which is activate for international; payment. I tried to redeem 3 gift cards using this website, it worked fine for the first one, but with the next two, this awful website kept giving me the least informative error pages, and wouldn't stop, even after resetting everything I possibly could. I only recommend this site if you would like to throw your hard earned money into a dumpster.

You may receive this offer but if you actually get to see the gift card, quick! just write it down and charge whatever you need because you might not have easy access to the website ever again.When signing in you will often receive this email verification requirement to ensure your identity is verified. If you link your card to the account you're stuck waiting on their customer service agents to escalate the case.My case has been escalated after speaking with an agent. I am now waiting on my gift card that I thought I'd be happy to receive until I decided to link it earlier today and now I can't access it anymore.The agent said there is no way to un-link the card from the account.I am of course not saying that they are intentionally holding your $ from you, but because the service is not working as intended you should treat the related electronic systems that are misbehaving in a logical way. Please take care in using this service as many of the claims presented in other reviews appear to be accurate.Additionally,Everyone please disregard the automated response to every comment about contacting customer service, it is not guaranteed to resolve your issue with the agent as I already spoke with one over the phone.Simply said, if the issue is with a machine, such as a server, that is not correctly sending out a code to your email.(trust me we tried multiple emails, and you CAN reset your password, those emails went through), then the machine(s) need to be fixed on their end. The issue is outside your or their control until they can get the server situation back under control.My final piece of advice still stands, NEVER LINK your account to a card.Once you receive a link to see your card for the first time, consider that to be the LAST AND ONLY time to see your card, so WRITE IT DOWN right away and you will prevent yourself a headache. Everything else with the service works just fine except your ability to access an account due to these verification codes not sending.
It is a scam. I've 2 cards and payments got declined every time I used them online in INDIA. Tried help from their consumer care for last 2 months and the final mail I received just now is "Hi, and thanks for getting in touch with us!We received your inquiry and after looking into your account, it appears that you are no longer in need of assistance. However, if you still have any questions concerning your account, do not hesitate to respond to this email. Otherwise, you may disregard this email."Stay away from these scammers.
