By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with I don't even see how they haven't been shut down stay away ! They'll steal your money I got 2 cards and both of them get declined no matter where you use them.. customer service was contacted multiple times and it appears this is a common issue with the company they're scammers!
A company that will not back their product. I received their VISA cards and made a purchase. The items I ordered never arrived. I tried to work with the merchant to get the items or a refund. They would not help me. I went to prepaiddigital.com the issuer of the card to get a credit. They refused. NO CONSUMER PROTECTION!!! Thieves.
Redeemed a code from Swagbucks.com, was sent a link via Email to Access the card, however i cant even get on the website or the "service" of said website.I do not have a username because i cant get on to the site to even make an account to begin with.
All this website does is keep your card numbers. And randomly allow you to access them. Occasionally you can actually get the numbers off of here and use them on a real website that's functional. This one is pointless. It doesn't remember your device at all. Doesnt keep track of balances very well. Doesn't let you access your card numbers half the time. Needs 2 factor authentication for every keystroke or button push on your phone. Which will Occasionally show up hours later after it's expired. This website is a sinking ship. If you have other choices use them. There is no functionality here. Can't use tap to pay or NFC. It's just a file system that you can access sometimes when your lucky
I received my virtual card last Feb 1, 2021 with $8.50 on it. Expiry is on August 31, 2021 so I didn't use it right away. However, when I tried using it today, it says there's an error. And when I tried to check the link that was sent to me on my email, I cannot get thru anymore. Are you really legit or just misleading us?
I had $15 dollars in my digital wallet from swagbucks.com. I logged off of the account, than the next day I went back on to use the card to buy something and my $15 digital cards suddenly disappeared! Gone! Were the heck did the card go? I contacted customer support via email a week ago, no response. What happened? What do I do now????
I mean, obviously these people have terrible reviews, but if you "save" your card, they snatch it back in 3 months. If you activate your card, you get 6 months, which is sort of reasonable. They must be making a fortune stealing people's visa cards.Update: of course I called them. They said if I didn't have every card number of every card I'd ever gotten, they couldn't even see any data about me at all. They asked for a spreadsheet. I dont keep the emails, I thought they would keep the data accessible in My Wallet.
