Forces KYC to claim 15$AUD from a rewards app.

I recently received a 15$ AUD reward from Mistplay that went through these guys. I was very quickly locked out and asked to provide ID and proof of address or face being unable to claim my reward.Support just responds with cookie-cutter nonsense, there is no legal reason to do this.It's clear to me that I tripped an automatic flag by misspelling Sydney (The city I live in) before I quickly fixed this and the support refuses to release my funds without highly unreasonable demands for ID/address, effectively stealing the money I've earnt through Mistplay.I have passed any and all fraud checks with Mistplay themselves, as my reward was approved and reviewed like all Mistplay rewards are.Avoid at all costs the digital tokens, claim a store gift caard instead unless you're okay giving likely scammers your ID!If you live in Australia and redeemed in AUD from any reasonable offersite, offerwall or rewards app and you've been locked out due to forced, unreasonable compliance requests, please contact the ACCC /Ombudsman! Not providing a refund back to the provider so you can claim another reward is against the law here regardlesa of their terms and claims of no refunds, even through a rewards app and even when AML is involved.

Claiming my card failed

Went to claim a prepaid mastercard gift, went through al the steps- something glitched and it went to the page asking for token number. Typing in the token number- get an “oops - something went wrong” message repeatedly. I have no username or anything to login - it seems that my gift card is just vanished. Tried to contact and got some random answer that had nothing to do with my query. Very bad- do not recommend!!!

Has worked for me so far, however now I get a “declined by token providing service” error when paying for something.Edit: works fine now, only feedback I have is to make the user interface look better, it’s really not good.Edit2: One of my gift cards has a negative balance, how does this even happen? Seriously?

So wish I had read the reviews before I chose a MasterCard voucher instead of an Amazon voucher as I usually do. Just thought I could use it for a bigger selection of shops. I’m glad that it’s only a 10 pound voucher at least. Stay clear!

Horrendous

Horrendous. I received a virtual Visa for participating in a focus group. It took over three weeks to access this card. Multiple useless calls to customer service. Finally got a rep who got me in to access the card info. Do not use this company.

SCAM

I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A ZERO IF I COULD. I ACCIDENTLY ENTERED THE WRONG LAST NUMBER OF MY BIRTHDAY I ACCIDENTLY LEFT THE YEAR '2021' INSTEAD OF THE DATE I WAS BORN AND THEY JUST LOCKED ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND DIDNT GIVE ME ANY RE TRIES. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMER NEVER USE THIS SITE.

I try to buy something using this card, but when I pay for it, the system of the place I'm buying things that "denied by fraud detection system". Does this mean the company is a fraudster?

First, I'm not paid, I'm not a bot. Second, this thing works just fine, I just completed a purchase on Steam just fine, don't see why people are rating this bad. 5/5 for me
