The apparent objective with their cards is to make these difficult to access & track, & very easy to quickly expire. Once the cards expire, the website FAQ promises you have a 60-day grace period to have the card reissued! However, the reissuance fee, which applies to each card ($10 each) is buried in the long terms, and the FAQ answer doesn't even mention the $10 fee.I had 5 small cards claimed through token in July 2021. They expired 02/2021. This was easy for me to forget this fall, as I had a parent suffer from the virus & was extremely stressed and distracted. With multiple cards, accessing them each time is an absolute ordeal. Telling the website to remember your computer only applies to that one card, and you must get authentication codes with each card every time you want to check the card on the website. Adding to this, the reCaptcha fails or fails to load at all half the time. I couldn't even get to that point on my Android phone; the reCaptcha would never load. With all this hassle, I took the time to call their overseas call center. The agent explained his computer was slow & took all my card numbers over the phone, but in the end he apparently did nothing. After again several login attempts and already having built a wallet of the 5 cards, I finally get the option to request reissuance of my $11.78 card. For the whopping $1.78 left after the poorly disclosed fee, I must download the special form, sign it, mail it & hope that they are honest as to it being received by the "received by" date. I must do this for EVERY CARD SEPARATELY.They *could* have a more honest disclosure of the fee, the option to submit reissue requests online, & the ability to reissue a wallet of small cards under one combined fee... But they don't & are apparently okay with burning a bridge with every consumer out there to avoid even those minor improvements. - user vapno
I don't understand how it should work and why there's only one Russian store that processed the purchase via the virtual gift card, the number of tries was numerous. I've already written to the Support, but there's no response still. It's better to avoid this company and its services.
So, i had a visa temporary card expiring today. Yesterday, i tried to spend the money on that and the infos of the card where not visible. I kindly asked many times to make them visible to me in order to spend the money and they always answered with their automatic message saying that i should've click on the original link they sent in order to see the details of my card (which i did), but never worked. I've sent 4 mails and all of them had always the same answer. Now the card is expired and i lost my money.

How do I receive my Prepaid card.? I have tried some suggestions from the Rybbon customer care team i.e:a) Tried a different browserb) Tried a different device.c) Disabled my antivirusd) Disabled third part cookies in my Chrome Browser Privacy and security settings. In spite of doing the above, I am still not getting redirected to the prepaid card digital token page. How do I receive my Prepaid card.? It seems the link is not working . Please help and advise. On checking it seems that there are lots of other people facing this issue, hence this harsh review!Thank you,Anil Harlalka
Customer service agent,Regarding my prepaid digital MasterCard? So, my question is where has the $400 gone. It is a nice way of swindling people of their hard earned money. It took me a long time to accumulate this money, I had to do a lot of pinecone research surveys! If I can get some assistance with my account, I would much appreciate it. Per the Federal law all gift cards should have 5 years of validity. I will be reporting this to the BBB.
Received a "loyalty" rebate ($5) issued through them. Had to set up an account to get a "visa" number to access my money. Tried several online retailers (Amazon, Walmart, and a couple smaller ones) and none of them would accept this "visa card" as valid. Reached out to the company and while they were supposedly looking into it the virtual card "expired" (along with my $5) and there was nothing they would do for me. It was only $5, but the company is wholly untrustworthy.
