Probably the worst prepaid company you ever use.I have to use it as a part of my company rewards program. First of all, they say the cards are accepted anywhere Visa is accepted but you can't use it in PayPal, Venmo or even Apple Watch. When I asked them about it, no answers whatsoever.Then, when I combined multiple tokens to form a larger card, they give it only 6 month expiration date even though the amount is more than the threshold for 12 months expiration date. I asked about and still no answer.It is so sad how this company is legit but it is borderline a scam in term of how they operate and treat customer. Do yourself a favor and avoid if you can.I plan to file a complaint to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and I advise you to do so as well. Can't let this business getting away with this kind of service.
This is one of the worst I've ever seen. They couldn't send a card (even though their site says they do) - provided by Mellanox/Nvidia. If it wasn't chosen by the vendor I'd cancel and go to court already. No shipping info/details, almost no response, and no resolution at all. Certainly not a company I'd like to be working with, especially with monetary affairs.I would give a negative star, if I could.My ticket (2nd ticket, 2nd month) is going strong (CAS-2856284-C4T7F5, if there's any real person behind this company).
Was sent a $50 card from Asurion for my issues. Their website is down. After 1 hour of back and forth I was told to just try again in yet another hour. I did. Errors, timeouts with gateways etc. This seems more like a scam than an actual legit company. I have been trying to log into your website for over a week. I enter my token codes, and it says it will send me a verification email, but never does. I have checked my spam folder and there is nothing there either. How can I get into my virtual wallet to access the 3 debit gift cards that I have with you?UPDATE: I have sent you 2 separate emails to the email below, and still no response.
Hey, this website is clearly broken. I typed in the token code I got in the email, and went on to set a username and password, but then the website kicked me out and now it does not log me back in with that username/password combination. As a payment company you've got to be a lot more reliable!
