Absolutely despicable! I ordered an outfit and they sent completely the wrong size, and even though it’s a fault on their part they are still charging me for a return! Customer service is disgusting!!!!! They just ignore all your messages!!! I used to love PLT before they got took over and now all I can say is stay well clear of shopping with them!!!! Absolute con artists
The customer service has really gone down hill! No replies or slow replies. Never get the chance to speak to a human. They keep refunding my orders incorrectly and then no one is able to help! Been a loyal customer for years but this experience is really putting me off using them in the future.
Would give 0* if I could. I placed an order and an item was missing, tried to contact with no luck on every single platform. I returned some of the order so marked it as I did not receive and they have not refunded the item. I have used plt for years but this has put me off completely!! Taking peoples money is not the way to fund a fast fashion brand, better customer service with Shein!
Bought items for a birthday 3 weeks ago, tracking info from Evri still says "We're expecting it" (PLT haven't given it to the courier). Contacted PLT, told to wait another 10 days. When I did, they treated me like I was scamming them, telling me to check with all my neighbours. Asked them why I should check for a parcel that not only hasn't been delivered but they haven't even given to the courier and they blocked me! Only way to get a refund is via Section 75 and chargebacks. SCAMMERS
★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible experience!I ordered a black lace leather midi dress in size 12, but instead received a black high neck maxi dress with completely wrong labelling. I contacted customer services immediately and have heard nothing back— it’s been days and still no response.I paid for next day delivery, which included free returns, but when I tried to return the wrong item, it tried to **charge me for the returnSince I needed the dress for an event, I reordered the same one — again with free returns included — and guess what? They sent me the wrong dress again! Now I have two incorrect dresses that they’re trying to charge me to send back, and I still haven’t heard a word from customer services.Honestly, this has been such a stressful and disappointing experience. Lesson learnt — I’ll never order from PLT again

Stealing money from venerable people cannot even get a reply from the team ! The customer service is so poor ! You will be waiting 100 days for a response back on email.
Piss take is an understatement I got my parcel and you could clearly see it’s been messed with and I contacted PLT to inform them there where 3items missing out of the parcel of 16+ items and they said I should send them all the information and what was missing and it would be sorted out but over a week still chasing and no resolution from them and I am pissed because I’m chasing a big company to do right by me and the just not willing to do right by me should have stayed away
