Doesn’t even deserve one star. I ordered my items nearly a week ago and have previously paid for the loyalty scheme so it should have been next day delivery. I also paid for shipping protection. The items are not only here a week later, but I’ve not even received a tracking email to say it’s with the courier. Tried contacting customer service on WhatsApp and email and no joy. Terrible company and I won’t be using again.
One star!!! Only because I can’t give a negative number! Still waiting on 2 refunds. One order has been returned for 4 weeks now. Had an email with an expecting date for my refund. This date came and went and still no money!!Surely this can not be legal to hold on to peoples money for this long once they have had their goods returned.Absolutely disgusting behaviour Please please please think twice before ordering from them!!
I returned two items over 3 weeks ago and despite the fact that both items have been delivered to PLT for weeks, they’ve refused to refund me. They’re denying the receipt of one of the orders and holding on to both refunds.I have proof of delivery and they don’t even care.I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and I still haven’t been refunded. I haven’t even been able to get through to an human agent, they just ignore my messages.
Disgusting customer service. Had an order delivered to me on 30th September, the bag was ripped at both ends and two of the three items missing. I have had two replies since despite reaching out via text, email and Facebook to try and reach someone. No one is helping me despite spending a lot of money over the years with this company and never having an issue like this before! It’s criminal to have a customer be out of pocket for 2 x items the courier clearly lost, I even replaced my order due to needing the items for an up coming trip. It’s now 21st October with last of two replies 11 days ago - no reply since and no solution and refund, worst experience ever AVOID
Terrible customer service. Rude, dismissive and the absolute nerve to threaten me when I enquire about a refund that’s taken 3 weeks with no update but “still processing”. Disgusting to say the least! PLT will never see my hard earn coins ever again.
Shocking do not buy off them! Bought a skirt that says dispatched. Evri are now saying we’ll update when out for delivery even though I paid next day. This is now coming up to the 3rd day with no update. Called Evri they said parcel might be missing contact PLT for another item or refund. Cant get hold of anyone from PLT it’s an absolute joke!
