Cannot for the life of me get through to customer services at PLT. I have attempted over 5x and all I speak to is a bot who says they will pass me through to an advisor and no one ever replies?! I am owed £40 for a refund and have all proof of postage etc and it’s been over a month. This is appalling and I do NOT reccomend buying from PLT
Ordered matching top and shorts, when I received the order I received two tops instead. The top was put in a bag labelled shorts as well. When processing a refund I have to pay to send it back although this is their error. I have tried to contact customer services across 4 different channels and have not had a reply despite waiting several days. Disgrace of a company no customer care.
I RETURNED MY ORDER ENDING SEPTEMBER AND THEY STILL HAVNT REFUNDED ME MY MONEYPLT is an actual joke at this point, i dont know what i was thinking giving them another chance. This is exactly what they use to do before their rebrand. They never give customers their money back after clothes are returned. Its almost been a month, and i still havnt recieved my money. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. There are so many other shops you can order from.
Poor poor poor customer service is shocking Will never order again been a loyal customer for years and you have to fight for a refund all you hear is it’s being processed still wait for mine ! And they can’t update you on wet with might appear ! A return I made back in September!
Rubbish customer service, they only processed half the items I returned. When trying to contact them theiugh email there is no response, and you can only chat to a bot through messages or via instagram. Very disappointing service and will not be using again
I returned a parcel on the 5th of September. I received an email advising it was received and my refund would be processed and back into my account on the 24th of September. I have not received my refund and the customer service is non-existent. I’ve tried messaging on 3 separate social media channels and I am still waiting. Will not be using the company again.
Customer service is non existent. My returns arrived back to you more than 2 weeks ago, you sent me an email the next day saying you got it yet I'm still waiting on a refund. This is not good enough. I've instructed my bank to do a chargeback as I am out of pocket. Will never shop here again
