I think everyone should stop buying from PTL.I purchase some clothes and return them the same week. They have received the parcel back the following week and now it’s coming up to one month and I haven’t received back my £100.06.They are now ignoring my messages on Facebook and what’s app chat about my money. Something must be done This isn’t fair at all to the people
If only I could leave minus stars for this god awful company.I have noticed numerous returns not being refunded since July. I have contacted them numerous times to be told to wait 30days which the last date to recieve the refund for was the 1st of August. I am now told it is to late to do anything as it is 30 days .Numerous contact sources are now not responding Emails,Facebook messenger, Instagram and whats app all now non responding.So now 5 refunds totalling nearly £300 they have not refunded and have kept....
Non-existent customer service. No one replies on messages or WhatsApp. First and last time ordering from them. No email confirmation, can’t find my order number anywhere and will now miss the timeframe for a refund on returns. Never again!
Returned items for a refund.Refund was sent to wrong bank. Contacted them over 3 weeks, received 2 replies that told me it’s basically out of their hands and I’m not getting my refund even though my old bank have said the refund never reached them. They’ve basically stolen £50 off me and there is no avenue to complain or do a chargeback because it’s with my old bank. I will NEVER order from here again.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have been waiting for a representative to respond via instagram in regard to a message I sent about not receiving my package. It was marked as delivered yet no package was left anywhere at my house nor has it randomly popped up on my doorstep. I have been shopping with this company for years and have never experienced such horrendous customer service. At this point I just want my refund so I can be done with pretty little thing for good.
NO STAR SERVICES. £100 credit and cant spend.My account has been blocked due to the 'amount of returns ' wasn't aware of this and during that time I had a £100 credit gifted for Pretty Little Thing and now I can buy nothing because my account is blocked. Customer service said canr do nothing which is not acceptable. I wanted a refund to rhe recipient who sent it me or my account unblocked to actually spend my money .2 weeks and 4 messages is all I have revieved absolutely shocking . £100 credit and cant spend .
