I wouldn’t even give them a one star! They have sent me the wrong product and it’s taken over a week of begging o all platforms possible for them to have someone respond finally. I then questioned that they give me free returns because it was their mistake and they stopped replying!!!!!!!! I have no other way to get through to them and want my money back without having to pay for return shipping for a mistake that wasn’t mine! Anyone had any luck with them? I’ve tried fb, insta, X, email and iMessage! It’s atrocious in 2025 that a company this large has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced! I will be splashing this over every platform possiblE! BOYCOTT PLT!
I had issues with my account and being able to return an order.I contacted their customer service through instagram, Facebook, message and email and I’m 4 days later and still nothing.I will not be purchasing again from this business and I highly advise that they invest some of the money from their rebrand into the customer services team and building a better experience for their customers otherwise they will continue to loose customers. It’s madness that not one person from their customer service team has got back in touch.
I have an item that I would like to return but the returns portal says on the drop down menu for the methods of how I wish to return, ‘no couriers for your chosen option’. It says this for every single option offered! Cannot get hold of anyone in customer service they do not respond, I’ve tried via several avenues and the only conclusion I can come to, is that they are deliberately using delay tactics until the 14 day return window has passed so they can claim customers are too late. My advice to anyone buying from this website is to make absolutely sure you do not wish to return anything (almost impossible of course) and better still don’t buy anything from this company.
My order never arrived even though I paid for next day delivery. Then I was told I have to wait 2 weeks before anything can be done about it. That’s no use, I go on holiday in 10 days. This was a £400+ order, leaving me not only out of pocket for my holiday but also without holiday clothes! They also never replied when I said I’m not happy with their “solution” of waiting 14 days. It’s been 6 days of silence from their customer service (through iMessage)
