Review Time
I purchased a gift card for my niece in January and when she attempted to make a purchase it said the giftcard is linked to a different account. When i contacted the customer service they said The gift card is not linked to a different account , it's not showing as redeemed yet. The email address where you send the gift card to does not have an account with us yet so the recipient will need to create one to redeem this. This is not the recipient ail but the sender's. Tried all this didn't work. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't issue one as I have gone past 28 days. Evetytime I message customer service they take 10 days ti respond. No money back and we are in October. The biggest con.
I didn't want do have to do this however I am getting no where. I have sent messages on Instagram and also emailed and not had a single response. I sent two returns back c.£300 ish back on the 11th July and not been refunded for them. What the hell is going on???
I ordered a dress from plt and upon receipt it wasn't for me. Through only my own fault I failed to return it within the measley 14 day window they offer as sadly I suffered a miscarriage and, understandably, my mind was elsewhere. After a few weeks when I got back to a better frame of mind I contacted them and explained my situation and all I received was standard responses. Little empathy given for my situation and no offer to accept the return due to the circumstances. Shocking to say the least.I do like the quality of plt clothing so I am not slating that but I am but not impressed with their business practice and they don't deserve anyone's custom to be quite frank.
Horrendous experience, so unprofessional. Nobody replies and I’ve been chasing nearly everyday for over a month and a half. I had spinal surgery so wouldn’t physically get my returns done. They completely continued to ignore me and have been so assistance. So sad, never shopping here again. I will be going to brands which are empathetic and have human elements. PLT just prioritises money and capitalism. No room for human elements. Clearly normal for such a fast fashion brand… there was no need to ‘rebrand’ when you’re still going to be crap. Absolute shambles !!!
