DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP! The dress I bought didn’t even last a single day. I was at a wedding when the zipper completely ripped open, leaving me embarrassed in front of everyone. Now I can’t return it, and their customer service has been absolutely, absolutely useless! The quality of their dresses is shockingly bad, and this company clearly does not care about its customers. I will NEVER order from this brand again and I strongly warn everyone to stay far away!
Terrible customer service. Very expensive shipping fees for an item to arrive that looked so cheap and tacky I would be embarrassed to wear it out (not like photos). Then took a month to refund me with no contact from them when I used any of their recommended social media. Postage was so expensive that the refund I got was only two thirds. Will never use again
Want to return 2 things and wrote 2 mails to PLT to get an Info how to return. No response since more than one week and after reading all frustrated customer posts I don't believe ever receive something. Keep away from this Shop as customer service doesn't exist.
Absolutely worst customer service I have EVER had the misfortune of trying to speak to. AI chat must be the easiest option for them to give people because they can’t be arsed to do their jobs. Still nothing ever got resolved. I will never, ever order anything from them again they’re an absolute joke of a company.
Terrible, say the cut off for next day delivery is ‘midnight’… never turned up, waited in all day. No email to say it’s out for delivery. At 7PM on day of apparent delivery, the AI ‘customer service’ says ‘The order is currently marked as processing with items still pending shipment, but the expected delivery date is today. This indicates that the shipping process is underway and your order is scheduled to be delivered by 9PM today. Sometimes, the system updates the shipping status slightly after the parcel is already in transit. Please allow until 9PM for your delivery to arrive.’ So they’re still processing the order at their factory yet recons it’s going to turn up still… yeah right, how’s the order being delivered exactly, a witch on a broom flying through the sky…. Won’t be ordering again.
The customer service I received from pretty little thing lately has been disgraceful. I accidentally sent an order to someone else’s address, I noticed this straight away and contacted to cancel or change the address. I was told no that can’t be done. I needed what was in the parcel so I had to re-order to my address baring in mind these orders were £80 each, and was just going to return the other one. When I received the parcel, one of the dresses I ordered wasn’t even the right dress, the label on the bag was correct, but the dress was not! I ended up returning absolutely everything in both parcels and when pretty little thing said they had my return the wrong dress was not on the return. I have tried to contact them about this multiple times over the past four weeks and I’ve got either a poor response or no response. I do not want to have to pay for a dress I don’t even have and was wrong in the first place. Customer service is absolutely shocking.
