Review Time
Customer service is abysmal. I paid for royalty which allows free returns, yet I am being charged for return. When I contact customer service the response is they don't recognise order number which is copied directly from their confirmation email. I've reached out three times and have yet to get a resolution. Disappointed.
Awful service from PLT.I have been a customer for a very long time, since PLT came on the scene. Firstly you can just about get through to anyone. Secondly I’m a premier customer and on multiple occasions I haven’t recieved my order next day as promised, considering I order well before the cut off time.I have an order that was due to arrive on the “8th sep”. Evri tracking only became available on the 9th so I’m not sure how that is possible. Tracking now says awaiting parcel but PlT have told me I have to wait until 20th sep for anything to be done or sorted! By this time I will be away on holiday. Absolutely ridiculous, how has 24 hour delivery turned to over 2 weeks!
If only I checked the reviews before my recent purchase.I like many other shoppers under me, I was a frequent PLT shopper, and unfortunately didn't realise it had changed hands.My order which came to approx 100€ came in good time, but one item received was dirty, and another item was wrong. I don't even understand how they managed it but it was the correct bag and packaging but a completely different item and size.I have attempted to contact them on all platforms but have received no response back. I have attempted to make a return online but they are expecting me to cover the return cost for there error.I'm so disappointed. Such a waste of money.
Awful awful AVOID! I ordered from here a few days ago and received someone else’s order which was not even from the brand PLT and I needed what I ordered for an event so naturally I thought I’ll just order another and get a refund on the other item that I didn’t receive. At present time I have not received this order, I also have had no response from anyone at PLT except their bots which is NOT helpful! I don’t know what they are doing but it’s very shady and does not value the rules of trading at all! So disappointed as this was a go to place for me for many many years and now it’s awful. If I were you I would take your money els where because you aren’t going to get it back if something goes wrong.
I have received two faulty items from PLT and, as per their website, you must contact customer services before returning this. I have not been able to get through for days and I’m left in the dark as to what to do? The items are unwearableAdditionally, I am waiting for a refund which was paid through klarna. I have had to extend my klarna date due to them not receiving any updates from PLT. Very very poor customer service. I will be down a lot of money if this is not processed and it’s causing me a lot of stress
As per the other reviews, PLT has got some serious issues with their customer service, and App.They're not answering any channels when you raise a query, just a scripted response. I paid for Royalty which meant free returns but the returns label is trying to charge. Now taken so long it's out of the return window and still no response. Went through 'delete my account' process and the code didn't work 3 times. Written to DPO to ask for 'right to be forgotten' so that they shut my account. They're badly gone down hill and are letting customers down.
PLT have massively gone down hill!It used to be my go to for all occasions, and I would order from them all the time, and have spent so much over the years.They used to be brilliant especially with customer service and returns but it’s sad to see that this is no longer the case. I needed to return a parcel from a recent order but the portal was not working for me, I tried to contact their customer service but all you get sent to is AI My problem has not been resolved despite weeks of trying to contact, it just sends me in circles, and now it is past the return date and I am stuck even though it’s not a problem of my own!!! Bring back the old PLT :(
