Unethical business practices

I ordered an advent calendar for my kids, but the company canceled my order the next day and raised the price by 25%. When I contacted support, they claimed it was out of stock, but that wasn't true; they just increased the price. Their response was unhelpful, with no apology or resolution offered. It seems like they target young customers with questionable business practices.

Paid extra for next day delivery but received standard shipping

I placed an order and paid extra for unlimited next day delivery, but my order didn't arrive as promised. When I reached out, I learned they used standard shipping instead. I used to purchase all my clothes here, but after their rebranding, I stopped. I decided to give them another chance and was reminded why I stopped. The clothing sizes are inconsistent, and the delivery service is terrible. I won't be ordering again.

This company feels like a scam

If I could give zero stars, I would. I returned two items in the same parcel but was only refunded for one, which took over three weeks. Their customer service claimed to check CCTV and stated the other item wasn't returned, but they won’t provide any evidence. The dress was in the shoe box, and they would have needed to check the box to confirm. This company feels like a scam, and I won't use them again. It's an absolute disgrace; avoid them at all costs.

Sneaky charges for delivery protection

They sneakily add a £2.99 'delivery protection' to your basket, and when you ask to remove it right after placing the order, they refuse to refund it. You don't need it! It's a scam because deliveries are already covered under basic consumer rights.

Terrible experience with refunds

This company is awful. I'm still waiting for a refund that they never processed. I also ordered an item that was left outside and stolen, and received no response from customer service about getting a replacement. I paid for purchase protection (which they added without asking), but I can't even use it! Do not use this company.

Order never arrived

My order never arrived, despite the company insisting it was delivered. I've never encountered such poor customer service. The effort I had to put in to resolve this issue was ridiculous. I finally received a refund, but that was also a challenging process. I won't be ordering from here again.

Avoid shopping here!

I haven't ordered from this company since 2018, and I regret trying them again. I placed an order on November 13, but it hasn't moved since November 15, and is 'scheduled to arrive' today, November 21. Their customer service is AI-driven, lacking real human interaction, which makes communication frustrating. I doubt my order will arrive on time, and my inquiry about their refund policy was ignored. If my item doesn't arrive within five days, I will contact my bank. This business shouldn't still be operating given the terrible reviews and management.

No stars if I could

I would give no stars if possible! I ordered an item but realized I had the wrong address and contacted them immediately. The automated response was unhelpful! I had to retrieve the item from my old address. I returned it because it was too large and have been waiting three weeks for a refund. I keep receiving automated responses!

Order not delivered next day AGAIN

Order not delivered next day AGAIN! This has happened multiple times now. It's so shocking they will happily take your money but not 'deliver' quite literally! Then when I message the Facebook I was asked for my order number THREE TIMES (I had given it the first time they asked!)For them to give me an update that I can already see on evri website they just sent over the copied transcript from evri's site, so cheers for that completely unhelpful advise! Parcel meant to be delivered on 20/11 and they've told me to wait till 1/12.Evri keep saying out for delivery and then no update or sorry we can't deliver itEverything will be going back if it ever arrives! and I am making a promise to myself to NEVER again buy from these robbing *****
