I am totally disgusted with this company. I’ve sent nine emails how many text nobody’s responding I’ve ordered 200 pounds worth of clothes. They’ve been lost at Evri nobody wants to help me at all. Nobody’s replying clear pay are still taking my money. This company is absolutely disgraceful!! What on earth has happened to it. I’ve used to use them for years and now will never use them again. I’m now sitting here having to pay for 200 pounds worth of clothes and not received anything from nobody disgusting I’ve actually resorted to contact the police even to the company.
Sent a sweatshirt and joggers back in the same parcel. They've only partially refunded me!! Shocking!! Can't get in touch with a human on customer services. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. No apology, no reassurance, no timescales for their ‘escalation to investigate’ been a week and not heard anything!! I'll be taking this further….
Ordered at the start of the month quite a big order, i have PLT royalty which was used also and order never arrived. Kept chasing CS and was told i had to wait until 21st October and then they would issue a refund. It’s now the 30th October, i’ve only been partially refunded and no one from customer service is responding. I’ve raised disputes on all outlets, imessage, instagram, whatsapp & facebook - even gone to the lengths of emailing their customer service and still waiting my refund. I really recommend that everyone avoids ordering from here at the moment as it is unlikely that if you are to return something you won’t be initiated with a refund. Now out of pocket nearly £100+ all because customer service can’t respond.
On more than one occasion now I have ordered from PLT and returned part or all of my order. When I tell you trying to get a refund back is like trying to get blood from a stone! Luckily for me i have always used PayPal or Klarna to pay so goy refunds through them, however the Internet is full of people speaking about how they have not been refunded for returned items. I have contacted them in several email addresses and via their social media over months, to date still no response from either. Stay clear, there is nothing pretty about them!
Absolutely horrendous customer service. It’s impossible to get in touch with Pretty Little Thing through any of their customer service platforms — no replies, no support, nothing. I ordered a faux leather jacket and the material started peeling almost immediately. It’s clearly a faulty item, yet I can’t contact anyone to request a refund or replacement.I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but after this experience, I won’t be shopping with them again. Be warned — if you have any issue with your order, you’ll struggle to get any help at all.
What a scam! Honest customers paying their hard earned money only to receive partial orders. Tracking states delivered but this is only for part orders and not the full order on account... no response to Facebook messenger or WhatsApp. PLT what is going on? I have been a loyal customer for years and this has never happened. I have since seen numerous customers experiencing the same or similar issue and not getting a response. Never again will I purchase from this company. Buyer beware!!!
My daughter has recently purchased a top £40 & not received it. There is no contact other than automated that’s says someone will contact her & hasn’t. I have told her her only option now is to contact trading standards & don’t use them again!
