This is a convenient service, which I have used a few times. You generally leave bags in the back room of a shop (or in the case of one in Marseille, a hairdresser), so I wouldn’t leave any valuables in the bags. But three times both my partner and I have been charged for ‘late pickup’ even though we had arrived well before the end of the booked period. In one case I only found this out months afterwards when I tried to make another booking and found I had hundreds of pounds of ‘late fees’ (I had had no communication about this). Each time we’ve complained and the fees have been cancelled, so be aware, and check your account in the following days.
They said train station in Venice but it wasn't. I booked again to a place that was advertised 4 minutes from the place I was.oh,well ,it wasn't. Was a long walk to search for a laundry but in reality was a bar .the owner was rude so I left. I solved the problem otherwise. From 13.50 payed ive seen back half. So ,never again!
Perhaps a one off, who knows - I booked my bag for 10.00, and paid for my bag then got a taxi to the store. It was closed and didn't open for 2 hours so I was stuck ! Radical could not help at all and I insisted on an instant refund - they apologised and said I'd need to wait 5 days. So, what surety does my example give anyone trying to use this service ? Not for me.
This company will not offer any help at all, they sell storage to places that don’t accept bags so you pay for nothing and their customer service is ignoring you. You can see “seen” on the live chat with nobody responding. Marseille location near train station. Simple and easy to book and no long queues like at the train station storage. Not going to lie was a bit skeptical leave my luggage in a random shop as it was the first time I was doing this and basically anyone had access to them. However, the owner was friendly and are bags were stored in a safe and clean location. Dropping off the bags took less than a minute and same thing for picking them up! Bags picked up exactly the same way we found them.
