Review Time
Whilst I have not lost any luggage, my family and I had a bad experience with one of their partner hotels. I had hoped to apply an average rating to the provider and make other users aware of what they may face. Despite sending me an email to submit a rating it would not accept my rating as it was not a 4 or 5 out of 5. I did email the firm, who despite responding and taking the order details, have failed to respond further. Whilst no loss was incurred it raises serious questions around their governance and reliability of partner ratings.
Drop off was advertised as Waverley Station, Edinburgh. Great! Central location, easy to get to. Went to Waverey, no sign of storage. Anyway, logged in, paid and was then told drop off was 10 minute walk away, NOT near station! Walk was also mostly uphill. Not much fun with luggage in tow. It is wrong and dishonest to advertise one location and then be sent to another once they've got your money. Very misleading.
Booked a suitcase storage for our last day of the holiday. Initially couldnt find the drop off location as the business listed was incorrect, as many other reviews have explained similar. The suitcases were stored in the middle of a supermarket, completely unsecure. I have contacted support on several occasions with no reply, would not reccomend.
