You should be able to know where and if there is a storage location at the place you say. I was trying to find the nearest storage location to my hotel and this lead to an old building where I could not find any storage location. Also the contact information must be valid and easily accessible. I tried to contact the storage responsible and I could not. I tried calling and sending a email also. If you don’t really know what you give to your customers then don’t give it. Also you asked for a photo of the entrance when I send you my problem and when I tried to do that, your application did not accept photos from my phone. Worst service ever. You did not even suggest another place that you are certain that there is a storage location or contact the responsible. I send the details so you should be able to find him (if exists).Never again.
We needed a place to store our luggage after getting off of a cruise while doing a walking tour in Little Havana. The location was easy to find, inside a small restaurant/ package service establishment. Establishment. The staff was very friendly and held our luggage in a employee access only area. No issues with drop off or pickup.
I booked a locker near by to drop off my luggage but once I got to the address given (which was in the back of a building, in a sketchy alley, on the 3rd floor) the person who opened the door told me they don’t "do that" anymore. It anyway didn’t look like a business but a private appt, the guy was sketchy and the place smelled like weed so bad.I had no other choice to leave and carry my luggage around the whole day even though I already paid. Maybe they should verify their businesses before allowing them to keep people’s luggage with them 🤷♀️
My friend and I found this place at last minute and just turned up with no booking. We were met by a very friendly young man who helped us book and check in on the app. A photo of your luggage is taken as extra security. The rates were reasonable and it was very convenient. Picking up our bags was quick and efficient too. Highly recommend.
