23 /5 Is Rain scamming people now coz I can not get into the app and put in numours complaints to fix internet and no one called to fix and now they debit my account FOR NO INTERNET SERVICE AND ALL THE CALL CENTRE SAY WE WILL ESCALATE YOUR ISSUE REALLY RAIN ☔ 24/4 - Bad services 2 weeks now since I lodged 6 complaints my internet is not working and no response from rain ☔ the call Centre is now in the Philippines 🇵🇭 and every time I lodge the complain the Phillopino just say they will log the complaint and on top of it when my internet stop working I also can not login to the app and not even change the password. I even applied online for a new internet service and no one is even coming back to fix my home internet or on the new application. WHAT HAS HAPPENED HERE SOUTH AFRICA RAIN???? 🤔
What to say about Rain?*HORRIBLE*Absolutely horrible.Their customer service is great, but the way it gets handled? Not so much. I’ve had issues with rain for years but recently they’ve just been slacking a little more. I paid my amount and they STILL have not removed the restriction off my account. Genuinely, I’m fed up with all the dark patterns and Rain’s false promises.
I requested my number be ported from Rain to Vodacom on the 25th of April. Keep in mind, I ported my number from Vodacom to Rain originally, so this was my number from the get-go. I received an SMS from Rain stating that it was approved and that it would take 24 hours to be finalized. 1 week later, and it is still not ported. I sent emails for assistance, and nothing. This place's service is non-existent. I can't understand why we have to accept pathetic service.
I am sooo livid at Rain right now. For the past couple of years ive paid my account on the 25th of each month as i get paid on the 25th but this month Rain decided to shut off my service on the 23 of April stating my account is in arrears when its not even the 25th now. Ive been calling every hour since 8am today the 23rd and i keep going to call center in India and the agents keep telling me the matter is being escalated but no one called me back and my service is still off. I logged over 10 tickets on RainGO but still nothing. I made over 15 calls in the span of 7 hours and im still not getting any help. I tried to cancel the service and even that was a mission. I spoke to 3 different cancelation agents and its still not done as well
I was very impressed with the efficiency of the service. I may have received more assistance than I needed, as I had a flood of people ensuring I got the help I required. I was called within just five minutes of logging my ticket, and the representative was patient and guided me seamlessly through the entire process.
The consultant, called within a minute after I requested a call back from the website. The consultant was able to give different options to choose from to adress my connectivity needs, within five minutes we were done and the router was to be delivered in 3 to 5 working days.
