I love the dress that I received from Retro Stage, the fabric is gorgeous and the cut is really nice. Unfortunately I underestimated the size I needed for my bust and needed to size up. Yomi helped me with my fit issue immediately and I’m so excited to wear this dress to a holiday party!
This store is very nice!! I ordered my dress in the wrong size and my representative, Yomi, has been very helpful and friendly through me getting my exchanged processed! The dress it’s self, now you’d think because prices are so low that it’d be bad material, well I’m here to tell you first that as someone with very bad fabric sensitivity (and I ordered a dress with mesh backing) the fabric is VERY comfortable, breathable, and isn’t itchy at all!! The dress has a high neckline too and it’s not constricting at all. Very happy with the dress, if I had gotten it in the right size! Would definitely recommend to my friends!!
I did not receive the quality of dress that I ordered. The picture showed a thick velvet fabric, I got thin cheap fabric. I didn't return it, but posted a photo of the real item, to share what you’ll actually receive. They messaged me offering a full refund, while telling me the photography and lighting was what made it look different. Not true, but I did receive the refund.
I recently received an item that didn't quite fit. I reached out to Retro customer services. Yomi got back to me right away and offered me great customer service on my return. She gave a few different alternatives to making my return as smooth as possible for me. It was a one of the easiest returns I've had through online purchases with any company. Thank you
What an amazing selection of clothes!!I kept looking at the Christmas dresses and finally gave in and bought 3, The Mother Christmas dress, Christmas Tree and the Retro Elf dress. I couldn't believe how quickly they came, it was literally a week! The quality of all the dresses is amazing. I am wearing them at the supermarket i work in and the customers love them! Am till so tempted to buy more! Will definitely buy from Retro Stage again.
Horrible experience. Never received my order. Customer service was indifferent. Said my order couldn't be delivered because I moved ( a lie ) same address for years Never received my order, they wont refund my money. SCAM COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!!
I love the look of the items. Esp that they look as cute on me as on the models! The quality is good, shipping quick, and customer service excellent. I've purchased a variety of items including dresses, shoes, bathing suit, and accessories and have been delighted in all of them every time!
