Beautiful clothes and very good quality. The shipping to Mexico was a little bit slow because of the Mexican post office, but the Retro team was attending all my questions and they helped me a lot, thank you! I love my new retro swimsuits!!
When I finally received my 3 outfits, over 6 weeks after I ordered them, the material was flimsy and loose. Two of the dresses looked like nightgowns, and I cannot even wear them out of the house. I ordered everything on November 8th and did not receive my holiday dresses until after-Christmas. When I reached out for an update, they provided me a tracking number that was not trackable. Horrible experience! Save your money!!!
i'ts been4 month sincei ordered two clothes. After 2 months I got one - two sizes too big! The second item was delivered in next monts (3 month after ordering) - too big as well!I have sent pictures showing differences btw sizing on web page and the real one. In forst case shop (Sammy) promised to sent the correct size. In second case She / Him (Sammy again) refused claiming that all is ok.4 monts! no products, no money!
I ordered a 1950's dress to start off my collection. I'm so excited that it arrived in perfect condition along with the pillbox hat and gloves. It was my first purchase with this company, and I must say they completely defused all my concerns. They kept up communication with me and gave me updates when I was unable to find them on the tracking app. All in all, I can't wait to order my next dress! I look forward to that excitement again. I bought a 1950s Rose V-Neck Long Sleeves Dress. The dress is beautifully made. Top quality. The fabric is just beautiful and soft. Make sure you pay attention to the sizing chat. The chart said a size 8 is large, so that is what I ordered, and it fits beautifully.
