I order many Items in this shop online. Wonderful materials and style. Unfortunatly two dress were too striclty and I requested the refound. They give me a credit card for the nex order. Very good and professional customers like Jomi that give me my credit card!
I've had varying weights since a major few surgeries and the bathing suits are SO FLATTERING regardless of my weight, the craftsmanship is wonderful and is very well made and feels like it. My sunglasses are super cute absolutely wonderful. I've turned a dozen or so people on to this site bc no matter your body type or size, there's absolutely something affordable and beautiful to order. .
I don't even trust BUYING from this company is the FIRST PLACE!I have been trying to reach out the them for MONTHS, on their contact form on their website, via email, and I've even tried messaging on instagram & tried commenting posts to get their attention! NO RESPONSE ANYWHERE!I was trying to ask about their return policy and some of their wording is tricky on the return section. This shows they do not give a dang about customers and only want to try to steal your money!! Never support a company that never responds to get your business!
Worst experience ever! Don't buy from this company. The level of dishonesty is truly shocking! Like many other reviewers, I cancelled the order within a couple of hours of placing it. No phone numbers on the site worked to contact them, (employees name redacted) is out of office and when they return, the response is, so sorry, item shipped can't cancel, hope you like them. Only they HAVEN'T shipped because tracking numbers aren't valid! I've disputed the charges with my credit company and have all the documentation to verify that I cancelled the order in a timely manner.

I was pretty skeptical about purchasing from here but I did and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a one piece and a two piece swimsuit and the two piece fit great! It was the perfect sized, comfortable and had support in the bust. I ordered a large and normally wear a size 8 or 10. The one piece was a little tight and didn't have as much support in the bust. I was going to return it and the customer service team was VERY helpful. There were several options for the return and I took the one that allowed me to keep the suit and get $15 back. It doesn't fit great but I really didn't want to have to deal with the hassel of shipping it back.
