DO NOT PURCHASE! I purchased the red rose pencil suspender dress for the Kentucky Derby. I received it in the cheapest packaging and noticed it came directly from china. The dresses are horribly made and are ill-fitting. I contacted customer service to initiate a return. It took 3 days to receive a response. Once I did they informed me I would have to cover the cost of shipping and to let them know if I wanted to return. I told them again that this is the step I wanted to take. A few days later I received a response trying to convince me to keep the dress, I said no, it doesn’t fit. 3 days later I received another response that I needed to ship it and then email them with the tracking info. Etc. how ridiculous!?! I did it. A few days later they responded and told me to let them know when it was delivered so that they could confirm and then refund me. Long story short, don’t bother with them. Worst experience ever.
The dress I originally order ended up being out of stock so I was able to pick another dress, even if it was slightly over the original price. Unfortunately, the wrong size was sent but they quickly resent the proper size. I love it. I've gotten a ton of compliments on it already and can't wait to wear it. I read a lot of complaints about quality but I don't see or where they are coming from. The quality was what I expected. I didn't pay hundreds or thousands of dollars. The quality is the same as if I purchased from anywhere else. I love the dress and had great customer service when I needed it. I will be ordering again
EDIT:My order number: FD385230I bought three pieces from Retro Stage (for quite a bit of money) and all were cheap and had thin fabric and one came with a broken zipper. I emailed the customer support and they were helpful and sent me a new dress. Received it and already it was hard to unzip without being in the dress, but while trying to zip it up (while wearing it) the zipper snapped in half. Very cheap clothing, will never buy from them ever again.

This morning they told me to let them know when fedex has delivered the package to you guys. Which I already did because it was received from you guys on February 15. It is now February 24 and I’m still playing this game with your crappy company.Terrible experience with the company. I received an outfit that was a size 4-6 it fit me like a clown suit. Did not have any kind of shape to it what so ever. I am normally a 4. I’m 5’5 and 120 lbs. this was a terrible looking outfit. I asked to return because it didn’t fit and I received an email asking why I would want to return and if I would keep the clothing for 25% of a refund. Why would I do this if the outfit doesn’t look good, unless I am going to dress up as a clown for Halloween I guess, I said no I’d like a refund, they said I could do a full refund. I would just have to pay for shipping. They told me that I needed to send the tracking number as soon as I sent it I also only had 15 days from the time that I received the product, so I hurried up and sent it out within those 15 days. I sent them the order number the product number in a previous email when I was asking for the refund. I then sent them the tracking number as soon as I sent it out. When I received the info that it had been received at their building I let them know that I had been received, and they sent me an email asking me for my order number, the product name my tracking number and the service that sent it back . I feel like this is a total waste of my time because I’ve already sent this information. I feel like they’re a terrible company who cares nothing about their customers. Their products are crap and they have terrible customer service. I still have not received my refund.
Updated:It is not possible to make any returns to this company. They will scam you and fob you off, they know exactly how to screw processes to scam you, 100% fraudsters.Purchased a dress advertised as 95% cotton. Turns out its not 95% cotton but 95% polyester. Tried to return, so contacted their after sales. No response. Tried to contact them on Facebook, no response. Raised a complaint with PayPal, finally after weeks I get a response. Their response is “our advertising is correct you are wrong”. So I send them a photograph of the label, their response “our advertising is correct, the label is wrong”. So I test the fabric to see if its polyester or cotton, its polyester, their response “your test is wrong, the label is wrong, you are wrong our advertising is correct, however you can return it, just send it to this address which will cost more to send to than the purchase was worth”. Clearly, I did not do that. I complained, but they now used the PayPal process to require proof that I post it, you cant appeal or raise an issue or send this to a person to review with PayPal, so guess what, PayPal decides the seller is right.These people know how to play the system to scam you. I am now fighting to go through the chargeback process as PayPal protection is useless against an organisation that knows how to scam the system.So to be clear, this is company are just scammers, never buy from them.
The retro dress arrived today, post marked from China. Very disappointed! It was supposed to be dark green, but was turquoise blue.The lace work at the top was frayed. Very poor quality overall. I haven't bothered to return it as I don't want to waste my money on postage to get a refund when it wont happen.
Initially, I kinda freaked out because the tracking number told me the package had arrived when it hadn’t. I panicked and emailed customer service and they got back to me right away. The following day my swimsuit arrived and I was pleasantly surprised. I absolutely LOVED it! My friends complimented me. I can’t wait for my other items to get here!
Made an order on November 20th for Christmas presents for my wife and one item came but the other still hasn't arrived and at this point it doesn't seem like it will. A whole month should be enough lead time to process and ship an order. If you are backordered you should say so on the website.
I even not having the chance to state how the products looking like as there is a ... hold on silk swing I received instead of the dresses. Just sent them the full shipping label and a picture of the wrong delivery. I have asked for a refund.
