Review Time
To be honest, I am starting to regret signing up to Rise Fibre. The only company I've been with before was BT and never really had any issue with them - at all. But Rise Fibre seems to be giving me only 90mbps for the past few weeks and not the 150mbps that I'm supposed to be getting. I've had a number of disconnects as well and yesterday was worse - only 40mbps and loads of buffering issues when trying to stream Netflix.Really not impressed with the 35 minute times when trying to call them; either. Considering 'jumping ship'.

I was called at the time I had requested and Jason confirmed the details of the deal were the same as when we spoke earlier in the week. He walked me through the process and was helpful with answering the questions I had. Let's just hope that the rest of the process is as straight-forward.
Absolutely excellent service, kept upto date on the way to installation date, the engineer kept me upto date on the day, was highly professional, kept area clean, and tidied up after himself, provided some great tips to get the most from my broadband and wifi and was friendly and approachable. his name was dean
