Received broken item and seller has all but vanished

using Rubylane to fulfill a purchase "wish" ... which I recently did, hit or miss. I have purchased wonderful items which arrived in a timely manner, etc.. HOWEVER, if you have issues with anything to do with a purchase as a buyer, you will quickly learn that Ruby Lane is a distant "entity" .... it's out there ... you can purchase...and usually, you'll get your item ... but if there is any issue, just TRY reaching out to RubyLane for help ... It's a terrible platform ...you can't even easily see seller's feedback! I believe you have to search them on TrustPilot!!! I plan to mostly stay away from RubyLane purchases. I received a broken item, and now seller is not communicating ... I'm left powerless.

It is Like an Online Flea Market

I always enjoy browsing on Ruby Lane. It is like going to a Flea Market, but instead of dealing with parking, crowds and possibly bad weather, you are looking at shops from the comfort of your home. There is a wide range of items to view from antiques to contemporary, and even things made by artists. The site is well-organized and easy to shop, easy to make purchases. My shopping experiences over the years have been pleasant ones.
