The variety of shops and compelling items foster an environment that is exciting. I only wish communication from Ruby Lane would be more direct if you have an issue. There should be a chat or quicker turn around if there is a problem. Other than those points I’ve had a blast shopping with Ruby Lane. I’ve met tremendous sellers.
Ruby Lane has the best selection of treasures! Their website is easy to use and to communicate with the individual vendors, too. I've made many purchases from Ruby Lane and I will continue to do so when new and unique treasures catch my eye!
The overall ordering experience and condition of the piece was exceptional as advertised. The delicate packing / shipping materials to protect the piece were amazing. The site is very well organized and has robust search and filter functions. It's easy to keep track of all your transaction s and even items you are just thinking about. You can track and set alerts for just about anything. The tabs let you exactly what shipping taxes insurance BEFORE you click "buy now". The "show similar" and "you might also be interested" tabs are great because they actually generate items that similar to the one you are examingn. That doesn't happen on many other sites. Only complaint: Please make vendors list dimensions - all of them, and identify what is being dimensioned. And there has a scale measurement in at least one of the photos. Thanks
