I have visited Ruby Lane to purchase a purse and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting me in finding the perfect purse that matched my style. The store was well-organized, making it easy to browse through their wide selection. I appreciated the quality of the products and found the prices to be reasonable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely shop there again.
A little confusing that invoices say “don’t forget to make your payment” (?) I thought I did. So then I had to check PayPal to make sure I did. It would be better to keep viewing items without having to tap the next page, page after page and then it’s a real drag if you tap wrong spot. Makes shopping inconvenient and not efficient.
I made an offer for an item. Seller quickly responded and made a counteroffer, which I was happy with. I also loved that the seller has shipping included. Very nice experience and hoping when my Santa’s arrive they are as nice as they look.
Always,if possible, I prefer to buy my vintage costume jewelry on this site. Ruby Lane has such knowledgeable sellers and so many of them have been willing to work with me to make more expensive transactions become reality. I’ve made many friends through my purchases here. The vintage costume jewelry community are fabulous people with a gigantic love for bling! This is the place, for sure!
