Love, love, love these rugs. We have two dogs that (1) track mud in and (2) occasionally have unfortunate episodes that leave stains on the rug. We used to spend hours dealing with these issues, using stain remover and/or a clunky carpet cleaner. No more! We’ve replaced all of our area rugs with Ruggables and now just throw them in the washer. No kidding; Ruggables have made our lives better.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. I placed about $1500 worth of rug orders in the course of about a week. Three rugs. A large 9x12, a 6’ round and a 5x7. They delivered a random runner that I didn’t order as the 9x12. It took almost two weeks to deliver the appropriate rug. The 5x7 was delivered with the binding coming unraveled. The only rug that was delivered properly was the 6’ round. When I contacted customer service for the first error, I tried email…twice. Neither email got a response, even though I waited over 24 hours each time. The chat was the only thing that worked. I was offered a measly 20% off coupon code for a rug error that was over $900. The coupon code DID NOT WORK! I was also told that the chat text would be sent to me via email. Which it was not. When the 5x7 rug was delivered damaged next, I was fuming. Knowing email would not work, I went straight to chat. I was told, AGAIN, that the chat would be sent to my email…again, it was not. I will acknowledge that Ruggable has immediately sent replacements for the lost 9x12 rug, and the damaged 5x7 rug. And because of all this inconvenience, has not made me send the others back (the random runner that I did not order, and the damaged 5x7 rug). I was not about to deal with the hassle of dragging large rug boxes to FedEx as well. We have a charity right on our street that I can donate to, which is much easier. Nonetheless, this has been not only a ridiculous experience, but the customer service is atrocious. No one responds to their 24-hour response emails (it’s been almost 2 weeks since my first message and no one has emailed me). No manager has reached out despite my asking for one. I was given a bogus discount code (and yes I copied it down correctly…someone else was in the room with me and double checked what I wrote down). This whole experience has made me decide to NEVER buy from Ruggable again. Which is a shame, because we move all the time, and are always in need of new and interesting rugs. They could have had a lifetime customer and they were always the first place I looked. I’m 100% done with them.
We bought a 9x12 Ruggable two years ago and at 4 diff occasions our 85 pd dog and my golden retriever has had the runs on this carpet and or has gotten sick. I’ve literally washed this rug at the laundry mat 4 times after treating it with rug cleaner and it has come out beautifully!!This has been the best investment I’ve ever made in an area rug.I just bought three more outdoor ruggables. One for the screened in patio and two for by the pool. You won’t go wrong with buying from this company!!
Tried ruggable, what I got wasn’t a rug but a very ugly towel on a large Velcro patch. Looks nothing like the picture, the corners curls up and reading other reviews that only gets worse. They want a $25 return fee for trying their Wierd towel thing that they try to pass off as a rug. There is no way they get the reviews their website shows unless they filter out all the bad and pay people to write good ones. It’s total crap and they want $25 for trying them.
I’m a big Ruggable fan, but this is a review about my recent purchase, Outdoor Absida Multicolor Rug. I paid extra for a pad also, and boy was I disappointed. The pad, as confirmed by customer service, is NOT meant to be water permeable….and it’s an OUTDOOR RUG. So now I’ve got a huge pad inside my garage forever. I wish that were the only issue. This rug shows every last bit of dirt and looks gross all the time. Is it washable? Yep, so I washed it. A week later…it was just as gross again and we hadn’t even used the back deck. I wish I could take back this purchase and the money spent. Never again with an outdoor Ruggable.
