Review Time
I’ve purchased several rugs (7) and have been so pleased, but this last one I am disappointed with the print quality….my others were vibrant and crisp and this one just doesn’t impress me….I’m sad as I was so looking forward to another cool rug.
I ordered a 9×12 area rug because we got a puppy. Rug color is nice. The only issue I had with the rug is the side isnt straight. I felt like for that much money it should be perfect and at least straight. I see that imperfection all the time. Makes me dislike the rug. But the rug cleans up great although I feel like it is not a first quality item. I tried calling customer service about it and the phones are closed?? I finally got an email answer and I sent pics like they asked and no response and it has been 3 weeks. I also ordered a bath mat thinking a smaller rug should definitely be easier to sew straight since the large one was crooked. It was straight but out of rhe box the edging was raveling and coming off. I emailed them again. I got an answer a week after and finally got them to send a new one that wasnt falling apart. I am currently researching other washable companies. I am going to try a new company next time.
I'm based in Canada and recently bought a rug from them. When the rug was delivered I immediately knew it was not the colour I was expecting. When looking to return I was told international customers are responsible for there own shipping (and they offer no refund for these costs).I bough a 6x4 rug and the cost to ship back would be 50% of the rug costs! I'm sure they factored international shipping costs when selling me the rug. Surprised they're able to sell to Canadians without a fair return policy. From a customer experience perspective they should make this policy more evident at check out as well!
I would leave a five star, but I need to reach someone with a problem I have. There is no phone # that I find, no email either. I'm trying to get into my account, says wrong PW, am I the only one that consistently has wrong PWs. : /I purchased the 6' round rug. Absolutely LOVE it! Separately I purchased the pad. Love the pad, BUT; being pad is thicker than the rug and rug over laps pad about an inch or two, it looks crazy : ((Plus it sets it up for someone to trip. I like the feel of the pad but I can't live with this curly look and accident to happen. How do I return the pad or is there a solution???
I ordered new rugs for our home that has an Open floor plan. 3 different sizes of the same pattern... (I thought)The lines in the rug are different on the 3 X 5 has vertical lines and the 5X7 and 2X3 the lines are horizontal.I was not aware that the rugs were different ... I thought I was ordering three of the same pattern just different sizesWhen I contacted customer support they stated the rug were designed this way.
I can't get over my new rug. I bought one just to see if I liked it. Having 3 dogs and a busy family, my kitchen runner had been scrubbed so many times but even with a carpet cleaning machine, it wasn't getting clean. I got a Ruggable kitchen rug and loved the look. After a lot of cooking, visiting dogs and my dog making messes on it, I just washed it and it is perfectly CLEAN! It looks great and is clean! I love it! Just bought more rugs :)
I have to say buying these rugs online has been a pleasant experience, the process has been seamless, easy checkout and shipping has been excellent.
