I bought a Ruggable rug for my kitchen and love it. It is attractive and easy to clean, including spot cleaning. I also bought a door mat and love that, too. Fits nicely in front of our front door, attractive pattern, will be easy to clean. I bought a second mat only since I already have the the mat and base, I bought a holiday themed one, it will be easy to store since it will roll up. I really like Ruggable.
Ruggable's staff really cares and listens to its customers. Customer service is excellent. The items (I have 7 rugs and my kids have 2 really large ones) are everything they say they are. Do be careful not to have a door or vacuum cleaner continually go over the binding, it will fray...I have figured out how to easily repair it with needlepoint thread, however. We have messy grandkids, a dirty dog, and sometimes muddy shoes. The rugs wash nicely. We have had one of them for more than a year and 4 for a little less and they look like the day we bought them. Our newest one is in our living room. I bought the new tufted ruggable. I really like itl It asked for date of experience....it is a continuing experience.
On-line ordering of the rugs was very easy. The on-line pictures of the rugs were fairly depicted and the delivered rugs were beyond our expectations. After receiving the first two rugs, I ordered another set so that I can interchange the rugs to match the season or occasion!

The company is responsive to inquiries and professional with their communications. Hands (and feet) down, I will continue to choose Ruggable for my home and suggest them to others that want quality rugs you aren't afraid to live on!
We just had our floors redone and we really wanted some rugs to protect them, and more importantly, look good. Ruggable rugs were the perfect idea. We purchased three: two different runner lengths and a matching doormat. Easy to order, quick to ship, and even easy to exchange ~ after one of the runners arrived, I decided that a longer one would work, and Ruggable’s customer service was a breeze to deal with in swapping out for a new size. A+ experience all the way around. I’d highly recommend them!
I just made my 6th rug purchase. We have 3 runners ( they finally have the long that I have needed) and 2 large 8x10s. I have dogs and have had to wash accidents with no issues ( even the large rugs). I have experienced curling of rugs on edges ( even with the reinforced corners) BUT when I contacted ruggable to ask how to get them out. They sent me new rugs immediately. I experienced great customer service and I feel that makes up for it. I will take curling if it means will be able to wash.
